Had a great day going to Hakone area with Yuta. He made sure everyone in the group feel welcome, have their questions answered and generally have a good time. Highly recommend

Great Mount Fuji and Hakone day tour! Our guide Tsubasa was engaging, shared info about Japanese culture and kept us on schedule. The bus was comfortable, driver was excellent, and we visited several amazing places. Many breathtaking views. Perfect way to escape Tokyo and enjoy stunning landscapes. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience! With a wonderful tour guide, we enjoyed all there is to see around Mount Fuji. Tsubasa, our guide, knew what he was doing and explained all the history very thoroughly and with energy. He made the experience a great one, and one to remember. Very few crowd issues, and the tour lasted most of the day. The lunch that was provided was delicious as well. Though it was a bit cold, it was all worth it for the beautiful views of Mount Fuji!

Couldn't go up Mt Fuji because of snow but we had excellent views from zero station. And the ropeway and cruise were very peaceful. Tsubasa was a great guide.

Me and my family had a wonderful time with our tour guide Levin. With all the different places we went to Mount Fuji was visible, but I don't think the tour would have been as fun as it was without Levin. On the bus and whenever I went to talk to him he was always really funny, kind and genuine from asking if we needed help talking photos to telling jokes to telling me and the rest of the group facts and a bunch of history of japan and Mount Fuji, but he did in in such a way that not once did I feel bored. Overall me and my family had a wonderful time and we felt that Levin was an amazing tour guide. By the way this is not chatGPT if you were wondering.

Tsubasa is an excellent guide with a great sense of humor. Highly recommend everyone take this tour. All the great sights to see and events planned as part of this tour are excellent.

Tsubasa was an excellent host and guide for the day. He seamlessly blended humor with information and overall friendliness while keeping everyone on track. We saw Mt. Fuji and surrounding areas, had a gondola ride, boat ride and get to take the bullet train. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to get out of the city and see some iconic sights.

The tour was really nothing special, unfortunately. Sure, we saw some interesting and beautiful spots of nature along the way. But we didn’t really get close at all to Mt Fuji which is the whole reason for the tour.

Excellent tour with Tsubasa to Mt. Fuji. He is knowledgeable, friendly and made the tour amazing! He shared the culture and history of the area which made the trip especially worth it. Great price and length of trip good as well.

Awesome! Momiji was amazing! She was very helpful showing us around and very knowledgable. She also shared a lot of fantastic Japanese history and culture.
