Ile d'Orléans: Quebec's Exclusive Taste & Sip Journey

Our guide/driver Jeff was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and you could tell he really loved the area we explored. We really enjoyed this tour. The tastings were delicious. All local, family owned businesses.

We enjoyed our tour with Celine. She was quite knowledgeable and led us on a wonderful tour. It was nice to learn about the area and try the local chocolate, nougat, wine and cider.

We had a lovely trip to the Isle D'Orleans. Celine was a star and made the event extra fun and informative. We enjoyed the island and all the tastings, especially the chocolate and nougat. Very special.

This tour was a lot of fun! We drove about 20 minutes to the island and the first stop was a chocolate shop where we had the opportunity taste 3 different chocolates, then shop in the store. Next we went to a small business that makes nougat. We watched a 10 minute video on the process to make the nougat, then tasted several samples. The next stop was a ciderie, a family business that makes several products from apples. We sampled several of the ciders, some apple butter, maple butter, fruit ketchup and an onion jam. They were all delicious. We had the opportunity to purchase their products. The final stop was at a winery. After a brief explanation of their products, we were each given a flight of 4 wines to taste. We were also able to purchase fresh warm bread and some charcuterie and were directed to enjoy everything in the orchard outside. It was lovely! We just wished we had more time to stay and enjoy everything. Overall highly recommended!

Celine did a great job as tour guide. Chocolate was very good. Nugent was good. We did not care fore the ciders or the wines, but both settings were lovely.

I wasn’t sure if a bus trip would be enjoyable, but it was! Our Tour Guide Celine was a delight and the places we stopped at offered delicious treats. I didn’t think of the island as a place to go visit but I’m glad I did.

This was exactly as described and was fabulous. Our guide, Celine, was one of the best guides I have ever had. When she pulled into the winery and there were two other buses there, she called ahead to the next stop and took us there and then back to the winery. She was a lot of fun and the stops were unique and delicious.

Celine was great. Very “punny!” I just wish we could have learned more about island while driving. Food stops were great, especially vineyard at the end.

Loved the Driver/guide! She was the highlight of the experience! Very knowledgeable, very organized and very pleasant! A wonderful experience. I highly recommend to others! I would have liked more of the delicious wines!

Celine was our tour guide she shared the history of the island. She was organized and informative. The places we visited were tasty. We had samples at each stop. There was ample time to enjoy and purchase any items. Nice restrooms, the last one had a pot a potty but it was spotless.
