Budapest's Best: Iconic Walk, Hidden Gems & Strudel Bliss

We had a great tour with guide Greg. He helped us gain valuable insight into Hungarian history, culture, life. I loved the pace of the tour, and the combination of seeing the city on foot, metro, tram and bus. The walking element was great for facilitating access to the interior of some landmark buildings. I was also impressed by the strudel house visit, which included high quality, authentic, strudel in a variety of flavours (not just apple!) And cheers to Greg again for answering all my questions!

The best 4 hours you could spend in Budapest. Perfectly paced, full of information with lots of opportunities for great photos. My trip was made even better by having Greg as guide. The guy loves the place and its history and it shows.

Wonderful tour that would make you appreciate beautiful city of Budapest even more. You will learn about its history and get to see city’s major landmark sites. The structure of the tour is great- small group, walking + city transport that allows to cover lots of ground but in a way that is appropriate for all age groups & fun and easy to handle. An amazing tour of most of the highlights of Budapest in about 4.5 hours. Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable offering a lot of linsights about life in Budapest. I would have liked shoes on the Danube included in the tour as it was fairly close to the Parliament Buildings. Balint the tour guide was fantastic.

A great overview of the highlights of the city and some of its history. Our Guide Esther was lovely and very informative.

The walking tour was fabulous! Esther (our guide) shared a fountain of historical knowledge and was very caring. Experiencing rides on the different types of transport added to the experience. The strudel stop was extra special. Esther made sure we had a table booked and we had share plates of the different savoury/sweet strudels along with coffee or tea.

This tour gives a good overview of Budapest and a great place to try a multitude of strudel. Our guide gave us lots of good ideas which we acted on over the becket view days
