It was nice to have access to a guided experience around Paris. We had a difficult time finding bus stops. The signs just blend in with everything.

Stops are not easy to find. Often drivers don't call out stops and if you are up top it is easy to miss where to get off. Audio doesn't work well

Extremely slow! We thought this would be a good way to save money on Ubers and see all the sights, but it took us forever to get anywhere and wasted a lot of our time. It took us 45 minutes to drive a distance of what should have been 12 minutes. The only positive was hearing the history as we drove along.

No notice about road closures and stop closures for a yearly event of a run. Should have prior experience in dealing with this and told riders in Advance

We had a great experience with the Big Bus hop on, hop off tour. We saw all of the main sights in Paris and spent time at the ones we wanted and stayed on the bus for those we didn't. Saved a lot of walking, which was important for both of us. We didn't use the provided audio but a lot of people did. I would highly recommend using Big Bus

The cruise on the Seine was amazing! The hop on/hop off bus was convenient with stops at major attractions.

The Paris hop on hop off does not have as many stops as the London causing you to walk further to catch a bus or get to your point of interest. It did give a nice overview of the city attractions. It also doesn’t run Kate enough to return you to your destination during the off season. Ended up having to pay 60 euros for a ride home from the Louvre. The duo on the river cruise didn’t work and it was difficult to hear/understand the overhead announcements

The buses came often, never had to wait for the next one. Drivers were friendly, and the headsets always worked. The river cruise was a bonus!

The hop on hop of bus in Paris takes you to all the top attractions and more. We went one round around the route then the second time the second time around we stopped at different places that we wanted to explore more. The only drawback is the times the bus operates.

You can activate your ticket in one of two ways: 1. Download the Big Bus app and use your Tour Operator Confirmation Number on this voucher to add your booking and activate your ticket when you are ready to travel. 2. Visit our Big Bus Information Centre. Address: 11 Avenue de l’Opéra, 75001 Paris, or a Big Bus team member at any stop on the route and present your printed or mobile voucher. River Cruise Information (If Included in Your Ticket) Important: You must book a river cruise date before boarding your River Cruise. There are two ways to do this: 1. In the Big Bus app: Once you have added your booking, you will be able access your river cruise ticket to choose a date under ‘Complete Actions’. 2. Online: Visit the Big Bus Paris website and go to the “Manage My Booking”. Enter your Tour Operator Confirmation Number and Last Name and choose a departure date. 3. In person: Present your voucher to a staff member at any Big Bus stop. Our staff will provide you with a river cruise ticket. Cruise Departure Location: At the base of the Eiffel Tower – Boarding Pier 3, near Big Bus Stop #8. Departure Times: Every 45 minutes from 10:30am to 9:00pm. On weekends: Every 30 minutes. Arc de Triomphe (If Included in Your Ticket) You do not need to prebook a date or timeslot, however you will need a ticket to enter. You can access this ticket in three ways. 1. In the Big Bus app: Once you have added your booking, you will be able access your Arc de Triomphe under ‘Complete Actions’. 2. Online: Visit the Big Bus Paris website and go to the “Manage My Booking”. Enter your Tour Operator Confirmation Number and Last Name and you will be able to access your ticket. 3.
