We had Glen as our tour guide and bus driver. It was a great experience from start to finish! We met outside a church with benches. Glen personally walked around ensuring he had all his people were there and ready to embark. He clearly explained how the day would proceed. All day it was like herding ducks at each stop but Glen did a fabulous job at getting everyone on and off the bus at each stop. The hike down to the falls at the mountain was amazing. It was a long hike, aprox 2 hours but well worth it. Our group of 5 are all fit but in our 60's and 70's. Glen was patient and informative. He gave us the time needed to safely do the climb. I would highly recommend the day. He ended the day with a TimTam treat. We felt rewarded for our good behavior all day 🤣

Our guide Ben was very knowledgeable of the area and good fun. He gave us great tips at each stop off. The park itself is beautiful. We took the steps down to the Wentworth Falls base, the steps back up were tough so a certain fitness level is needed. Would highly recommend this trip

This was great! Pick us right up in downtown Sydney and brought us to interesting places in the White Mountains. Our tour guide Zach was knowledgable and entertaining. I don't know how we would have done this tour alone (renting a car, scouting spots, getting to the right place, etc.). Highly recommended for people who are visiting Sydney and want to see the Blue Mountains.

This trip / excursion was exactly as advertised. Our driver / guide, Kieran, did a phenomenal job in keeping us informed, safe and well-fed. You need a reasonable level of fitness to partake in all the activities. Age is not a limit here, but fitness is.

What an absolutely great day! Ben's true-blue Aussie style was perfect for this trip, particularly those who aren't Australian and educated the group on some slang and all round Aussie humour and way of life. I chose this tour for it's no frills and it was more than I expected, spending more time taking in the sights and sounds. The Blue Mountains is just spectacular and photos don't do it justice. The only slight disappointment for me was lunch! The amazing rolls you see on their profile are as good as they look, however, I thought I'd order a wrap instead (it's the GF option, and I'm not GF but just felt like a wrap on the day). After the hardest part of our hike, I was starving and couldn't wait to eat, only to discover the cafe didn't have any wraps left and I was stuck with a salad! That would be as they assumed I was GF and perhaps no other GF bread available, so that was a big mistake on my part. I had to look away at everyone devouring their tasty rolls haha. So for anyone who isn't GF, order the roll!

Good organisation - nice trip incl. friendly guide and nice lunch. To be fair, main parts are the waterfall tour (1,5 hrs) and visit Katoomba (three sisters). Other visits of view points are not certainly necessary.

It was a beautiful experience. But on the way up from the waterfall I hit the wall, got dizzy, couldn’t move fast and almost passed out. Some of my fellow travelers stayed with me and got me back to trailhead. But Ben the tour guide was very upset with me as I had delayed the group an hour. He was concerned about people asking for refunds, bad reviews and one couple had to be at the airport at 7 pm. He finally calmed down and the tour continued. I didn’t know I’d have this difficulty and I was doing the best I could. Ben made a stressful situation more stressful. But it was beautiful and overall I’m glad I went.

I would highly recommend this tour to a friend. It was a full day of travel and adventure. Zak was our driver and guide. He was very friendly and enthusiastic. He gave us plenty of bathroom and tea breaks along the way. Overall very happy and will be back!! 10/10
