Visited from the UK and we definitely don't have anything like universal in the UK! The ride ques have interactive things to make the wait not feel as long. Cast members are friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

To be quite frank this place was as expected a fairly overpriced been there done that experience. Like who really comes back to these places year after year….really? Lots of strange looking adults who never matured or seem like they are missing a few screws. Save your money and just say at really nice hotel instead …you will thank me later.

Awesome first time experience! I'm not much for rides but I really enjoyed the shows and food. The staff were all friendly, polite and very helpful. Bourne Stuntacular was incredible and I really enjoyed myself in the Harry Potter lands. So many little details to see all over the place. My only suggestion would be more shaded areas in the middle section of Epic Universe. I will be going back!

Universal Florida, is going thru growing pains, as the two older parks update they are still way better than Epic Universe. To really enjoy Universal and Islands of adventure, you really need a Park to Park ticket, just to be able to ride the train for Harry Potter. Also an Express pass is a must, just to really enjoy the park and not wait in lines for ever. Also note that end of August must be Hurricane and Rain season because it rains a lot in Florida. Universal, is a great park, you start off with Minions ride, never gets old. Then ride Jimmy Fallon, first time riding, it was pretty good, as last time we were here it was the Tornado attraction. Over to Transformers, never gets old, good ride, but the video should be updated to 8K, ride is showing it’s age. Revenge of the Mummy all 4 times we were there it was down or in line and went down, gave up on it. Fast & Furious ride, just skip it not worth the time. Harry Potter Diagon alley, awesome to experience this land, take your time. Leaky Cauldron one of the best park food restaurants. Men in black, in my opinion ride it once and you are done. Simpson land is fun, the ride always a fun ride. ET is a nostalgia ride, as one of the oldest rides in the park, still good to ride even by today’s standards. Then go back to ride the Hogwarts Express, each way to the park is a different experience. Wear comfortable shoes, buy their water cups as it makes sense since you and your family will be there for a few days, and they have stations to refill ice thru the park. We were lucky we got to ride Rip Ride coaster one last time on its last day.

I’ve been to universal studios and islands of adventure once before and it’s amazing. the only annoying part was that my mom wanted to go on the cat in the hat, while me on the other hand wanted to go on the Incredible Hulk!😂 the queues were pretty long but it was amazing. I’m going tomorrow and I can’t wait!

Now that my grandchildren and children are older, we are going to set Disney aside for a few years and decided to do universal annual passes and are so glad we did. There is something for everyone.

“An absolutely amazing experience — I’ve been there a few times and still can’t get enough. Every time I’m there, I feel like a small child again, full of joy and wonder.”

By far the best area is Harry Potter. The ride Gringotts Bank is fantastic, the fire breathing dragon amazing, and the shops and streets are so realistic. If you are a HP fan the park is worth it for this area. Otherwise, the park is sooooo outdated. Men in Black, Simpson’s (so jerky), Jimmy Fallon, Fast & Furious, and Minions, all need to be REPLACED! Even though ET is also outdated- at least it was a cute, fun ride. Lunch at Finnegan’s was average- definitely need more restaurants. The parade was lacking, and also outdated. Overall, for the price, this park was very disappointing.
