I love my MoBay service and will never travel without it. I did have a mishap this year, my flight info and changed and they weren’t updated. So I didn’t get my off the plane service but from the desk the manger got up and assisted me the rest of the way.

Great way to finish your vacation with a good lunch an drinks at the Club Mobay Sangster . Everything went smooth from start to finish . This is a fun way to finish your vacation which we do everytime we have been to Jamaica .

We always use Club Mobay when arriving in Jamaica and departing. The service is very professional and takes away the stress of waiting in long lines and makes the experience great. Great service.

Are agent was actually amazing very friendly I think her name was Shania with definitely recommend her. We use mobay club every time we come into Montego Bay. Makes it very easy and bypassing the lines is amazing.

Smooth Sailing Through Customs. 1st Time in Jamaica. So easy. I will definitely do this again when we return. A small suggestion might be what to spell out the departure routine (if there is one) we just went though the normal process.

This was such a great way to enter and exit MoBay. The agents were super helpful and supportive, the lounge was nice, and it was easy to get to my hotel after they handed me off to the transfer I booked.

It is always valuable to book this package. They have a variety of food options, the staff is friendly, and plenty of space to sit. Natasha took great care of us in making sure we had everything we need.

Immigration fast track line, where your arrival documents will be processed. 2. Check-in with your Club MoBay Rep who will review your Immigration/Customs forms. 3. You'll be escorted to the VIP Immigration fast track line, where your arrival documents will be processed. 4. Once through Immigration, your rep will escort you to the Baggage Hall. 5. Proceed to the VIP Fast Track line in Customs hall. 6. You'll be escorted to the Club MoBay Arrivals lounge and greeted with a cold towel and refreshments. 7. If your hotel offers an arrivals lounge, our Rep will escort you to await transportation. 8. If you're being hosted by our Club MoBay Lounge, our Rep will guide you to your ground transport. DEPARTURE ONLY 1. Upon arrival at airport, complete check-in process with your respective carrier. 2. Proceed to Club MoBay desk near the airport’s security/immigration entrance, opposite check-in desk 28. 3. Present boarding pass or passport at Club MoBay desk and receive ticket.
