We found the narrative difficult to hear and the windows were fogged over so difficult to see outside.

The boat was really crowded with not enough seating for everyone. The line to get on board was very long. The food they offered for purchase (we did not choose the lunch buffet) was good but the line to get it was ridiculous. It took about a half an hour which is 1/3 the trip time to get a few items. They only had one person, sometimes two, staffing the food purchase area. They really should have had more. The gumbo was delicious, though. The tour itself was okay. It was difficult for us to hear because the only spot we were able to sit wasn't near a speaker so we missed a lot of what was in the tour. The view itself isn't great because it's very industrial. The tour guide, when I could hear him, was engaging and seemed knowledgeable. If someone were to take this tour, I would recommend getting in line early so that you could get a good seat and possibly enjoy it more.

More tickets sold than seats, so unless you are in line and hour before start you won't get a seat. A fight broke out over seats with passengers. It is not a 90 minute excursion with time taken to move way from wharf ...really closer to an hour

Enjoyed the Riverboat Cruise. Live narration was very informative and passing by Old Fort Jackson and timing the cannon fire was a highlight.

This was a really nice relaxing activity. We learned a lot of good information/history from the boat captain. Lots of seating, and great ice cream on the boat!

While the experience was enjoyable, it was very cold. I should have been more prepared. Food and drinks were available, and the staff was pleasant.

Did not get lunch cruise. If you can eat a lot, probably worth the extra $20. On 3rd deck. Good views, interesting narration. Gumbo had lots of shrimp and chicken but small serving. Cash bar avaiĺable.
