It was excellent! Worth every penny. Our favorite part is no waiting in long line. We were well guided from start to finish. Highly recommend booking with Viator. We learned so much about the history Burj Khalifa. The whole experience was enjoyable.

We had the Burj Khalifa At The Top ticket with Optional Premium Access, but it still took us over an hour to get upstairs. We missed the sunset by about 10 minutes. It was a beautiful view but very crowded.

It was a good experience. The only issue is I’m older and I walked an hour and a half to get to this event. After that, I stood for another hour waiting to get up to the top. Once I was at the top, it was fine. Just a heads up that there is a lot of standing

Booked through another company On arrival very straight forward no queues etc straight up in lift Views were fab , nice gift shop but very overpriced Wouid recommended

Allow plenty of time to get to the Burj check in desk. It is well signposted, on the Ground Floor, but is a good 10 min walk from the entrance to the Dubai Mall. I paid to upgrade to from access to the 125th floor to access to the 148th floor. This enables you to bypass the normal folk queues, get priority access to the lift, and includes light refreshments when you get to the 148th, which is a lovely tasteful lounge, much quieter and more civilised than the 125th. Views were stunning, a once in a lifetime experience. Highly recommend!

One has to stand in the line for over two hours for tickets bought online, they have to be scanned before they give issue the actual tickets. Then it takes another 30 minutes before one gets on to the elevator to reach the floor the ticket had been issued for. Whether it is worth the valuable time and money spent is debatable. In our case it was not.
