Its quite short tour and not much interesting information shared but the views are amazing! Captured tons of photos and videos.

Preordered the Best of Switzerland Tours, meeting at the Central Bus Station (around the corner from the tram, and train station). It took roughly over a half hour to meet everyone at 2:30 @Ausstellungsstrasse 15, after picking up the boat admission slip from the ticket booth. Via Messe Lindbergh-Platz or Glattbrugg a tram transfer or two was to be expected. We mostly rode the bus and were guided off of it at lake or cathedral stops. However, no Lindt chocolate factory was included; the choice was that or else the boat, but no clear instructions were given. (I normally have an impeccable sense of directions but that failed me too.) After wandering two piers—almost landing myself on a ferry, I managed to climb aboard the boat just in time for departure. A few tables were on the second floor, not enough for all of those who embarked; otherwise, people were basically standing outside on the deck in the rain for a good view. The lake cruise took about a half hour. It might have been the highlight of the tour, even without a guide. If you have no time for the busride, I would recommend seeing the city from the lake. The view from the shore doesn’t do it justice. Pack your own water (or umbrella), and enjoy the view!

Giada was a delight and we enjoyed the brief background of Zurich history and significant buildings. The Lindt factory and delicious chocolate tasting is a must do. My family (me, husband, 18 year old, 16 year old) had a good time without getting overwhelmed.

If you want to be in a bus for two and a half our out of 4, looking out of the window looking at the traffic, and explore the guide telling a lot of unnecessary knowledge, go for it. If you go for a 10 min boat trip and 5 min cable car to an expensive coffee shop at the top with an amazing view go for it. Or you can go for it by yourself and save time and money. I can’t recommend this trip

I would say this was too expensive You can visit the city and boat ride by yourself in Lake zurich as the ticket is cheaper than the tour

Best part was boat cruise. Guide was good and gave a lot of information during bus and short walking tour. Would have liked more on/off opportunities.

A boat cruise on a beautiful day on lake Zurich - good weather is critical for this to be worth it. The tour company used the municipal transit ferry for our tour which we obviously overpaid for. The city tour is ho-hum. Zürich does not offer tourists very much and the city can be done in 1 day.

We were left to walk to catch boat ourselves, then guide came back with other group and said to line up, got on wrong boat It only cost chf 4.60 extra, poor info

Our guide was great. Told lots of history. The bus took us all over the city. We stopped in town for a short walk and stops to listen to guide. He walked us to the boat where we could use the app to listen to tour info. This was a water taxi boat, not a tour specific boat but it was good.
