We had a great experience with our guide Kopal. She was very engaging and informative. I did a similar tour 6 years ago and Kopal had genuine enthusiasm for her role.

Highly Recommended. From the point of purchase to meeting the tour guide and support team was effortless, informative and punctual. Our guide Marianna was excellent, she was extremely knowledgeable, entertaining, diligent, accommodating and respectful to me, my family and the group. The group ranged between 10 to mid 80's, Marianna accommodated all group member needs with respect and empathy. On behalf of my family, we thoroughly enjoyed Marianna's tour.

Kopal was an amazing tour guide! She was extremely knowledgable and has a great personality- all of the information she gave the group was interesting and she kept the group very engaged. She also happily answered any question that was brought up. Kopal made the experience very enjoyable and we would highly recommend her.

Meeting site was easy to find. Tour was fantastic. Our guide, Paulo, really brought history to life as he explained what we were seeing. Loved his passion and knowledge. Only down side was that it was so crowded, not Viator’s fault, but that made it all a bit challenging.

We had taken this tour 13 years ago, but this time we had Paolo as our guide. His knowledge brought history to life! He was professional, friendly and animated! We would highly recommend it!

Amazing experience and very thorough tour of Coliseum and Roman Forum. Our tour guide, Marianna, was exceptional. Not only knowledgeable but very funny and personable. Would highly recommend this tour.

- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- Please note we will either start with the Colosseum or the Roman Forum/Palatine Hill depending on the time of tickets we can purchase
- Colosseum admission is free on the first Sunday of the month. Tours are discounted on these days.
- Please be aware that we offer two Arena tour packages: The VIP Colosseum - Arena Access option grants entry to the Colosseum, Arena floor, Palatine Hill, and Roman Forum. The Arena, Roman Forum & Palatine option provides access to the Arena floor via an exclusive entrance and continues with visits to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. Arena, Roman Forum& Palatine option does not visit the Colosseum, it access to Arena floor only.

Our guide will be awaiting you at the Arch of Constantine located near the Colosseum holding a yellow flag with the Carpe Diem Rome logo.
