Glide Through Historic Mazatlan: Unforgettable Segway Journey!

This was OUTSTANDING!!!! Our tour guide Carlos was excellent. He made sure we were confident on the segways before we headed out. He was very knowledgeable and took us all over the historic district. I would give this 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this!!!!!

Carlos is amazing, he gives information and history and makes it fun. We highly recommend this tour. His English is fantastic l, very easy to understand. Best tour we have been on in Mazatlan. We have been on many tours here and we would recommend this one first. My husband has balance issues and did great. Super fun! Added bonus… Saw cliff divers

I was a bit hesitant about the Segway. I'm a gen X gal traveling with my gen z daughter. Our goal this trip was to try new things, so we booked the Segway tour. We met up with Carlos at the assigned spot and realized that we were the only people on the tour. Carlos immediately made us feel comfortable and taught us how to confidently use the Segway. From there we toured the old city and learned some of the history, and where to go when we come back. Carlos even pointed out where to find a clean bathroom and atm. We then went a ways down the Malecon and saw a cliff diver. Cool! We then returned to the starting point. Carlos loves his job and that enthusiasm shows. This tour was fun, new, and a fun vacation adventure.

Carlos is so personable and really passionate about his city. It was so fun and perfect time spent. He gives good explanation on how to use the subway prior to departure.

Go to the Bikas bike rental shop (about 2 doors down), not the Hotel Belmar desk as listed in the calendar invite after you book the tour. Our tour guide Carlos was excellent, and you could really feel his love for the city of Mazatlan. Very informative and engaging. Two thumbs up from us 👍👍

We booked The Old Town Mazatlán Segway Tour and had an unforgettable experience. Our guide, Carlos, did an outstanding job teaching us how to use the Segways, making sure everyone felt confident before setting out. He was extremely attentive and vigilant about our safety throughout the tour, which gave us great peace of mind. The group was made up of the owners’ family, which gave the tour a very warm and personal touch. Carlos shared fascinating insights into the history of Mazatlán’s beautiful historic downtown, bringing the city’s past to life in an engaging and enjoyable way. Near the end of the tour, we were suddenly caught in a violent storm. Thanks to Carlos’s calm leadership, he guided us safely back to home base. It was a memorable ending to an already wonderful experience! I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Mazatlán—it’s a fun, safe, and unique way to explore the city’s history.
