A very active and fun excursion and adventure with a great guide. Lodging and locales for our trip were very well chosen.

We had a fantastic time on this tour - it gave us a really broad experience of all that Tasmania has to offer and although it was a busy schedule there was plenty of time to relax and watch the world go by whilst being driven around in the bus. Our tour guide was knowledable about everything from history to culture to geography and was clear on where and when we should get food for the evening or next day. We were with a fairly relaxed group at the start of the summer season, meaning we often arrived at our accommodation fairly late in the afternoon/early evening. I would reccommend heading straight out for food at this point if eating out as things close early in Tasmania!

One of the best tours I’ve ever been on. The amount of things under down under manage to show you in 5 days is incredible. As a solo traveler I was initially daunted at the thought of getting on a bus with 23 other strangers, bur within hours of travelling together we all became very close. Our tour guide for the five days Tomi was amazing, ensuring we got to everything while giving us extra tours along the way with lots of local knowledge and stories on the bus as we passed through the countryside. I can’t imagine our tour without him. All in all, I would recommend this tour to anyone with a few days looking to see the gorgeous sights of Tasmania

I have travelled globally with tonnes of tour groups, + this was a truly exceptional trip on multiple counts. Firstly, it is super well organised - the driving is broken into manageable chunks with loads of interesting stops + experiences throughout each day. This is balanced with giving you a really decent taste of key places in Tasmania; the amount of time spent in each location (like hiking in the national parks) was just perfect, + facilitated seamlessly by our tour leader Brendon. Nothing was too much trouble for this guy! - he was incredibly accommodating, going out of his way to show us extra things based on our group's interests, fit in ice cream/coffee breaks, + share with us his rich knowledge about the environs + history of Tasmania. He was easygoing but very organised + we all felt safe + cared about under his patient guidance. The group had such an age range (21 to 70) + was very culturally diverse, yet we all connected pretty much instantly, balancing doing our own thing with shared activities. The atmosphere throughout the trip I would describe as joyful, in no small part due to the tone the leader set from the beginning. He gently checked up on individuals to ensure everyone was comfortable + see if he could do anything to make our trip more enjoyable, + the entire bus was frequently in stitches from laughing at each others' antics. He was a fount of knowledge for spotting wildlife too, + I even managed to spot a platypus (my favourite animal) thanks to his tip about a sunrise location in Strahan. To summarise, as a solo female traveller in my 20s who loves outdoorsy pursuits, this was up there among the most awesome + memorable trips I've done; a lot of the group are already making plans to meet up again soon (+ the trip just ended this morning!). I can't recommend Under Down Under + Brendon highly enough, + I'm excited to explore more of Tasmania as soon as the opportunity arises.

This was such an amazing tour! I didn't know what to expect but I had so much fun, Tomi was the best guide and the tour itself allowed for me to see so many beautiful parts of Tasmania!

If you really want to experience the best of tazmania without any worries, I do highly recommend this guys! Everything is very well planned: from transport, to accommodation, to breathtaking destinations! There is no way I could've found those places without this tour! Also, it is such good value for money! If you are lucky enough, you'll have Anthony as your tour guy: a dedicated, proffesional, down to earth guide with lots of knowledge. Last little tip: While in Strahan, if you have the opportunity to go to the theatre production: "The ship that never was", do not hesitate and go for it!

Tasmania is a small reflection of New Zealand ( my own personal view). It's simple, not too busy , carefree country. Cheap if you are an Australian but quite expensive to travel there if you are foreigners from Asia or Europe.

The absolute best your. I was worried about travelling for the first time by myself but this your was sooooo friendly, welcoming and so lovely. We got to see some amazing spots of Tasmania and the sun was beautiful over Cradle Mountain. Our guide Anthony was so informative and descriptive of the landscape, you could really tell he loves his home state. Thank you for everything!

It’s hard to describe in words what I experienced in 5 days! The sheer diversity of Tasmania - beaches, waterfalls, lakes, rivers, rainforests, sand dunes, hikes, snow, wildlife, seafood, wine tasting, quiet little seaside towns. The unmatched energy of our driver-cum-guide Anthony. The brilliant pacing of things, which is so difficult to get right on a group tour - never did things feel rushed or tight. The motels were superb - clean and well appointed. I came back completely soul refreshed and this was easily one of the best holidays of my life! Just book it - it’s worth every single penny!
