Touring the Cameron Highlands with Jai was one of the absolute highlights of my travels through Malaysia. From my first contact with him he was kind, accommodating and generous with his time. He has so much local knowledge and it’s clear that he is updating it all the time and has great relationships with local businesses. He is passionate about history and I was delighted by all the background he shared. He took the time to explain even the smallest detail about coffee we picked up on the way to the Highlands all the way to big picture details like prehistoric ferns in the area. He kept me updated throughout the day about how long it would be to the next stop and making sure I was happy and comfortable. Jai is a genuine tour guide, not just there to drop you off at the door to a tea shop but actually walks with you through the various locations pointing out items of interest, and he’s also very interested in making connections to how experiences and histories in Malaysia relate to your own country or background. He is an absolute asset to his industry and to his local area and it’s well worth taking this experience!

Rajan our guide made our day special by listening to our requirements and tailoring the schedule accordingly. He was really knowledgeable about the history of the area and gave us a greater understanding of Malaysian culture. When he realised we were interested in nature he enabled us to have a trek which was amazing. The trip to the orchid and rose garden was particularly enjoyable and we saw plants that we had not seen before such as the emerald jade vine.

Wow , what can we say We had Rajan take us on a tour to the Cameron Highlands , it was fantastic and we had a great day Rajan was a super safe driver and also was very knowledgeable and spoke very good English , He's well educated and able to go into great detail about the history of Ipoh , the cameron Highlands and surrounding areas , he took us for lunch at a south india restaurant ( Yash banana leaf) in Tanah Rata and it was amazing too ,serving Vegetsrian as well as non vegetarian dishes , would certainly recommend Rajan as he was the best driver we have had , Thank you Rajan 😊

We’ve just returned from a Cameron Highlands day tour with Mike. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Mike was very knowledgeable and gave us valuable insights not only about the Cameron Highlands but also about Malaysia and places to visit in general. We were impressed by the tea plantations, the orchid and rose garden, the waterfall, the local fruit market and we enjoyed a beautiful lunch at the golf course. We went to the Tea plantages while Mr. Rajan told us about the process and history of how the Tea is made and how the plantages are founded. Mr. Rajan made us experience and told us several Malay things which we really enjoyed. I would recommend this experience to everyone!
