I took the private solo trip for 3 days, with Rocky my guide.. he was absolutely wonderful. He told about the history about the sites we visited, what I liked the best was the information given... it was like he was narrating a story. Which made the experience even better. Sure thank him for the beautiful photos too. Thank you so much to him and strongly recommend him.

The trip was very well organised from start to finish. It was a very beautiful part of the wall and it was a perfect length and level of difficulty for us. Our tour guide Linda (Travel China Guide) was very helpful and gave us options along the way on how much further we wanted to walk. She was lovely and also told us a lot of interesting historical facts (and her English is excellent.) The hotel pick up and drop off made the trip easy and very comfortable. I had a perfect day, I’m so happy we picked this tour!

The walk along the wall was a once in life time experience, China Travel Guide supplied an excellent service and our guide Linda was amazing. I would totally recommend this tour to my friends traveling to China

Rocky took us through the Forbidden City and a drive to the Great Wall at Mutianyu. It was absolutely incredible! He was a great guide and took excellent pictures to share with us. The Great Wall experience had a cable car to go up and then a toboggan ride back to the bottom! It was a fun way to see one of the world wonders and not as crowded as Badaling. Highly recommend. Ride was clean and easy also!

Magnificent and amazing hike from Simatai West to Jinshanling. I'm so glad that we booked a day tour through TravelChinaGuide. Our tour guide, Barry, was friendly, knowledgeable, and well spoken English. Barry called us a night before the tour; he showed up on time in the morning, and explained the history of the Great Wall through the entire trip. The driver was also professional and safe driver. They are wonderful guide service.

Nothing short of amazing! Kevin was a real gentleman, very well spoken English, informative and knowledgeable. Kevin took us through nine towers and was happy to cover many more had we wanted to do so. I would highly recommend this tour and guide if you are considering the Great Wall. Well worth the cost and definitely a top highlight of our China trip, a must see and do for all.

I'm so glad that we booked this tour through @travelchinaguide. I only booked the trip from the UK a week before we left. They where were very accommodating and managed to get us on this trip. Our guide Kevin was fantastic. So much fun to be with, prompt and attentive. We have to thank Kevin for the wonderful photos. We were on a small group tour, just four of us. It made a big difference. We had planned to do this part of the wall independently but we are glad we didn't. We experienced a coach tour(not through travelChinaguide) in Guilin a week later and it was awful. This tour had no shopping no other stops just 3 hours of fun hiking on a quite part of the Great Wall. It was definitely one of the highlights of our 18 days in China.

Kitty was the most amazing tour guide. She was very knowledgeable but did not overwhelm my children with too much information. She was interesting to talk to and very sweet. My children loved her. We think she’s the best, too, as she catered to our every need. Kitty made our experience in Beijing one we’ll never forget!
