IXIMCHE MAYAN RUINS TOUR from La Antigua

Хулио был нашим водителем, а Мелвин - проводником. Мы прекрасно провели время в нашем туре и нашли Хулио очень информативным, и он ездил чрезвычайно безопасно.

Гонщик из Антигуа был превосходным (Хулио), как и Мелвин, наш гид в Иксимче. Это была отличная поездка на полдня, хороший маленький музей, который Мелвин водил нас вокруг и хорошая информация о сайте, который был крут. Хулио был супер помог с проблемой путешествия, которая возникла (не связанная с этой поездкой) пример того, насколько дружелюбны и полезны эти ребята.

У нас с родителями были такие замечательные впечатления во время нашей экскурсии по руинам Иксимче - от подъема до экскурсии по руинам. Наш гонщик Хулио был прекрасен и действительно полезен, выходя за рамки, чтобы поддержать меня с организацией поездки в последний момент после предстоящей отмены трансфера! Наш экскурсовод Мелвин был действительно осведомлен, давая нам подробный обзор истории города майя Иксимче, и отвечая на наши вопросы по пути. Не могу рекомендовать достаточно!

Наши гиды Эрвин и Хьюго были просто ЛУЧШИМИ! ! ! Они оба были такими умными и знали так много истории и подробностей, а это именно то, что мы хотели услышать. Бонус, они тоже были очень забавными и сделали тур самым приятным.

Наш гид Хьюго был восхитителен и сделал для нас отличный опыт. Он был так хорошо осведомлен об истории, традициях и культуре этого района, и у него было отличное чувство юмора! Место спокойное и малолюдное. Мы должны наблюдать за огненной церемонией. Поездка по городу также прекрасна и является отличным местом, чтобы остановиться, чтобы выпить / перекусить.

My wife and I had pre-booked this tour before we arrived in Guatemala. We were due to be picked up from our hotel at 8 am. No one came to pick us up so I headed up to reception and they called the tour operator. We were assured that our driver would collect us soon. He eventually turned up at about 8.25 am. There were only the two of us on the tour, so we were taken to the site by car. Our driver had limited English and so it was difficult to obtain much information on the journey. Our driver seemed to be travelling rather faster than the posted speed limits. We reached Iximche and we were introduced to our guide, Balam. Again there were just the two of us for this part of the excursion. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the various plazas within the park, and he explained in detail about what happened in each area. We were able to witness a fire ceremony taking place. After 45 minutes he left us and we were able to wander the site and the tiny on-site museum at our leisure. We were there for about 2 hours in total. We were then driven back to our hotel in Antigua – again there was very little input on the part of our driver. My wife and I paid over £150 for this excursion and we consider it to be poor value for money. The entrance to the site is just 50 Quetzales - around £5 per person. As such, it proved to be a very expensive ride to the site.

My dad and I really enjoyed our visit to Iximche and Tecpan. Erwin picked us up from our hotel in the morning and throughout the drive, telling us about Guatemala on the drive to the ruins. He was very attentive and it ensured that we enjoyed the entire day, including the drive. The ruins themselves were amazing, and the guided tour was very interesting. They are definitely worth visiting during a trip to Guatemala. We then visited the local village of Tecpan before having lunch and returning. Great day, would recommend the company!

This was the highlight of our visit to Guatemala. Erwin and his team were extremely attentive, polite and professional, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying the tour. We loved the Mayan Ruins of Iximche and we also enjoyed our time at lake Atitlan. I recommend this company hands down.

Estuve de visita en Antigua con mi familia y me recomendaron realizar el recorrido por Iximche un lugar muy bello,nuestro guía fue muy atento y nos brindó información e historia con datos muy interesantes de este lugar ,sin duda una de las mejores experiencias que tuvimos. Al retornar nos llevo a un restaurante donde disfrutamos de un platillo típico super delicioso y luego nos llevo hasta nuestro hotel ,gracias por todas sus atenciones super recomendados!!!
