Big Island in a Day: Volcanoes Waterfalls Sightseeing and History

My partner and I enjoyed such a wonderful day full of amazing sights and historical education! Our guide David was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We would recommend this tour to anyone going to the BI as a MUST!

What an amazing time we had on our 11 hour tour with Bret. Bret was very knowledgeable about the “Big Island in a day tour” the views were spectacular, black sand beach, waterfalls, volcano tunnel, steam vents all were a hit..Not to mention the ukulele music he played during our lunch. Highly recommended… definitely a 5 star

The Island/Volcano tour with Wasabi is the greatest. They are efficient, serve good food and great snacks, informative, and fun. Jason gave us lots of info and answered all kinds of questions, even being willing to say he didn't know. He provided fun island music and safe driving the whole time. We had enough time at most of the stops so we could look around and enjoy the ambiance. I highly recommend this company.

The day is long, but you know that when you book the tour. I think it was absolutely worth it; you really do get to see all the major highlights of the big island and we were lucky enough to see episode 38 of Kilauea erupting. Kevin was a great tour guide and knows alot about Hawaii. There are bathrooms at nearly every stop we made, and bottled water and snacks were available. It's about 3.25 miles total walking for the day if you visit all of the stops on the tour. Some stops are more accessible than others, and you will encounter steep inclines and stairs at certain points.

The Big Island in a Day tour with Henry was truly outstanding and the highlight of my time on the island. Henry was personable, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable, weaving history, culture, and local stories into every stop in a way that kept the whole group engaged and entertained. He managed the day seamlessly, from timing and comfort breaks to photo stops and helpful tips, so all we had to do was relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. Henry’s warm personality and professionalism turned a great itinerary into an unforgettable experience, and this tour is highly recommended to anyone wanting to see the best of the Big Island in just one day.

Perfect tour for the island. I thought it might start to be long and boring but Henry kept us entertained and engaged all day. His voice is very magnet with history and his stories of the island ways. Highly recommend this tour.

My husband John & I loved the tour. Our guide Drue was fantastic! We enjoyed all our stops, found it very interesting and Drue was very Knowledgeable and a fun guide. It was very comfortable and nice that we were only a group of 10 and Drue. When I visit Hawaii next time I would definitely request Drue as our tour guide. Wonderful vacation tour.
