Bringing the story of Western Australian gold to life, the darkened halls of the Gold Exhibition offer multimedia presentations, interactive displays, historic images and aged artefacts, which all combine to form the backdrop to the array of dazzling pure gold exhibits.
Embark on the emotive journey of gold discovery, marvel at the largest gold coin ever made, view an impressive collection of natural gold nuggets, watch how molten gold is poured to form a solid gold bar, discover the value of your weight in gold, and much more!

Very nice tour on Australian Gold history and how gold changed from raw to gold bar. At the end of the tour you know much more about gold, you can try to lift a gold bar.

The girls really enjoyed the questionair that they received on check in also the blank coin that they were able to pop into the press machine ,and received a press coin back .Also the weigh scales to that's showed their weight in gold .Great value for money ,and very educational too.

It is the Perth mint and the highlight was seeing the $189million coin. There was not much to be gained, saw gold smelted and made into a bar $800000.00
