Booked this online which was easy. Easy instructions to follow and met at gate on pier by staff fluent in Spanish & English. Really helpful enthusiastic people so get involved and invested in their enthusiasm because it makes the trip. Boat is very good and you are away on time so don’t be late they don’t wait. Saw dolphins and whales very quickly. They don’t chase them, they sail into an area where they are known to be and soon enough they come to you and right alongside. Flying fish too which I didn’t know about at all. Staff ask you to behave and not shout out or carry on when the whales and dolphins are close. All the trips have to adhere to conservation rules and the staff take care to ensure the animals are not frightened or disturbed. They are playful so they will come very close to the boat and swim near. The. Your away from there area and a ladder is dropped and you can either climb down or jump off for a swim. I’d say you really need to be a comfortable swimmer. It’s the ocean not a hotel pool. The bottom in 10m away and there is no wall to grab hold of. It’s an experience jumping off a boat 😂 Plenty of food and drink on board all at a decent price and Viking banter. Just go on this. It’s well worth the money. In fact I would not have complained if it was slightly more. That’s how good this is.

If doing a boat trip in tenerife this is the one to do . Staff were amazing from the 1st second you get on board this amazing looking boat . So helpful and so funny. Pics taken as you climb aboard with viking axes and swords adds to the experience.

I seen this advertised before flying out and knew I wanted to book it. Me and the family all enjoyed it and had a fantastic day. We got a photo when we boarded and got to purchase it which is a lovely souvenir of our trip. Seeing the whales was amazing. The crew were so welcoming and entertaining, the experience was so energetic and exciting, 3 hours didn't feel long enough you just want to stay the whole day. The weather was beautiful with a canopy covering the ship so you don't overheat and can enjoy the breeze from the ocean. My husband went in for a swim, he said it was great and the water felt so refreshing. We recommend this to anyone wanting to go on a boat trip, you won't regret it.

Enjoyed the trip! Hosts are enthusiastic and nice theSaw dolphins and whales and they try to find them for you! Snorkeling didn't see anything, was just a swim but still nice. Unlimited drinks is a bonus anywhere!

Great experience, well worth it. Was taken care off very well, the crew are great and a good viking experience. Recommend. Was very kid friendly, and all-around fun.

Amazing experience, inclusive of young to older females and males. Best trip in Tenerife for entertainment, engagement and activities. Saw whales and dolphins, swam off the boat in the sea. Food, wine beer, water to satisfy anyone's choice.

What an amazing experience! The crew were welcoming, hospitable and entertaining! We saw dolphins and whales as promised and stories and information were plenty! Highly recommend this trip, excellent value and thoroughly enjoyable

Had a fantastic time on the Ragnarok. Very friendly staff with plenty of knowledge of the species of whales and dolphins. Great theme upon board. Would highly recommend.
