Mekong Delta and Cai Rang Floating Market 5-Hours Tour

This is a great tour and a must for any trip to Can Tho. Our guide, Trihn, spoke excellent English and was a wealth if information about the market and the area. Her personality is easy-going and we shared many laughs! Outlr boat was small and allowed us to explore side canals. The pilot, Ms. Tam, did a great job and even wove some animals for us out of coconut leaves! This tour is well worth the money, we highly recommend it!!!

We enjoyed a very well organised tour around the early morning market with Phong and Minh! We had the opportunity to meet wonderful people and catch a glimpse of their lives. We had great experiences on land and on the water. We got to try heaps of fresh fruit and snacks. Breakfast was bucolic and followed by a meander down a smaller branch of the mekong river to visit a local farm and learn how to make artisanal rice noodles. Phong was an exceptional tour guide! He shared a lot of stories and interesting history and was happy to answer all of our questions. Great vibes, friendly people, overall amazing experience!! Would definitely recommend 😁

Getting the opportunity to see the sunrise as we traveled up the Mekong Delta was truly an amazing experience. We had our own guide on the trip, An, who was incredibly knowledgeable. She shared a lot of information about the area and how important it is to the local people. Having breakfast at the floating market was a unique experience for everyone. We also had the opportunity to visit a houseboat on the river to learn more about how the people working on the river lived. In addition, we visited a noodle factory and a fruit plantation, where An shared a lot of information about how they are run and stories about the area. We want to thank An for a truly wonderful experience filled with impressions and great food.

It was an amazing trip. Getting up at five was totally worth it. The atmosphere on the river in the early morning is so great to experience. Phong was an amazing guide as well. His English was so good and he had a lot of wisdom and knowledge to share. Also on subjects beyond the trip itself. Would recommend everyone to get up early and do this trip.

Phong was a great tour guide He explained everything and was super friendly. Spoke English very very well. The folding market was really interesting and then we went and saw how they make noodles and a small dragon fruit. Pharm was really cool. We ate Pho and had coffee on the boat which was pretty cool ! The lady who was driving, the boat was an absolute gem a real sweetheart. She made everything so fun. She laughed and made jokes. What a great experience. You should definitely go for it The price is super fair.

We loved this trip. Nice early start so it wasn’t too hot. Delicious breakfast on the water. Very interesting seeing all the vendors on the water and enjoyed the stops at the rice noodle factory & farm. Phong was an excellent guide and the kids loved hanging out with him!

We are two families with kids between 9-15 years. We booked a private tour so we could have our own boat. Phong was our guide. He arrived on time and was very knowledgable about the local area, including some of the challenges faced by people in the region. We visited the main floating market and a smaller tributary to visit a fruit farm and a noodle making factory. Phong also had good recommendations for us about what other activities are on offer in the area. Thanks Phong, we all had a great day.

Had a great time exploring the local market, floating market & smaller canals. Phong our tour guide was excellent, explaining the history of the floating market & how it operates. As well as showing us the different breakfast treats available.

Our guide was amazing. It was truly a very amazing tour. From eating pho on the boat, to learning how to make rice noodles. It was a very nice time. All the delicious fruit was amazing. I highly recommend booking with phong. My friend and I felt immediately comfortable on this tour and felt like we could ask any questions and immerse ourselves in the experience.
