The driver made sure we were safe and taken care of. He waited for us outside the market and was really enjoyable.

Amazing experience! Very easy to book and reserve. I loved the packages they offer. They were all worth booking. Love how easy and stress free it all was. Very professional. The excursions exceeded my expectations. We did ATV, Tequila tasting, and couple massages. All the excursion were amazing, fun and professional. Our driver Armando was amazing! Made both my husband and I feel safe, comfortable, and entertained. He was very knowledgeable and so kind and easy to talk to. He picked us up right where he said he would. He took us to each excursion on time and with great knowledge of everything on the way. Made it on time for cruise departure! Prices were very reasonable and worth every penny!

Great trip overall. Recommended going early to avoid the crowds. Drivers were nice. Wanted to avoid the regular tourist spots to eat so they took us to a great restaurant off the strip.

We went to La Bufadora blowhole and horseback riding in the mountains. What a fantastic experience to have Chuy as our private driver for the day. This company was very good with communication and readily answered all my questions to help me decide which combo tour to take. When they say you can customize your tour, they mean it. If I ever return to Ensenada, I would absolutely seek out this company again!

The directions of where to find the driver were precise. We were 20 mins early off the boat and our driver was waiting for us. He was nice enough but barely spoke any English. I asked if we could stop for coffee and he took us to an oxxo which was fine but not ideal. No music, no chit chat. Just a long haul there. Nothing can prepare you for the rough selling tactics at la bufadora. You are swarmed completely within seconds of walking in and just want to rush through to the blowhole. Once there you can enjoy photos along with a beautiful view. But you do need to go back through the market to return. I found an item I loved he said $125. A few shops away I got the exact same thing for $20. When you start walking away the price gets lower and lower. Some people are very nice and respectful and some are incredibly pushy. Just be prepared. Best churros and Mexican candies for sure. Also....all the food vendors and restaurants DO NOT have visible prices on menus. Ask how much before sitting down or ordering something. If you haven't been I would say check it out but it's a long drive for what it's. EXCURSION COMPANY : Please have bilinguals as you stated in your advertising. We would have loved to hear about the city or anything of interest. 🫤

When we arrived at the meeting spot (10 min walk which is long for people who have trouble walking but it’s flat and free of trip hazards), there was no driver to meet us. Other drivers asked for my name to try to help us find our driver but no one came back to tell us anything. Finally, I called the contact phone number and Jesse helped me. Somehow our reservation was missed. Tomas was our driver and he seemed like he was just the guy that had to clean up the mess. There was no interaction or tour. He just drove us to the Bufadora and flea market (Which is one place. We thought it was a separate location) and waited for us to be done walking around. On our way back, he was going to drop us back off at the cruise terminal but he was nice enough to drop us off downtown (the optional drop off). Unfortunately, my daughter left her purse in the van. I quickly called Jesse and he asked Tomas to bring it back to us. He did bring it to us right away and saved the day. Driving in the van was nicer than the big non-private shuttle because it gets there and back faster.
