White Crater Day Trip Private Tour Bandung Kawah Putih All In

We had a great day out with our guide Robbi. He sent us helpful WhatsApp communications before the tour, so we knew what to bring with us. He was punctual to collect us and knew some helpful shortcuts to avoid the traffic:) Robbie was friendly and interesting to talk to about all aspects of Indonesian life. We went to the White Crater and the hot springs, both of which we enjoyed a lot, and Robbi also took us to a great local coffee shop and a nice restaurant. He was a safe driver and was also kind enough to help me a useful local gadget for passing tool booths :) Highly recommend this day out around Bandung.

We arrived late in Bandung and were looking for an activity the next day. Through our accommodation, we got in touch with BJ Tour via WhatsApp and received an immediate and friendly response. The next morning, we went on a wonderful tour to White Crater Mountain and also visited the beautiful tea fields. Since we were curious about the tea-making process, our guide arranged a very interesting and enjoyable tour of the tea factory. On top of this already great experience, we enjoyed a delicious lunch and tried a truly special cup of coffee recommended by our guide. The whole day was perfectly organized, fun, and memorable. Highly recommended!

Our tour to Kawah Putih, Rengganis Crater and Patenggang Lake was an amazing experience, largely thanks to our guide, Nigy. She was an excellent driver and an even better guide. Nigy was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. She made sure we felt comfortable and had a great time throughout the day. Her insights about the area were really interesting, and her driving was smooth and safe. The sights were incredible and it was great to have the flexibility to adjust the tour to our wishes. But it was Nigy's warm and enthusiastic nature that truly made the trip special. She seems to really love her job. I suppose she is the only Suzan &Freek fan on Java😁

Once booked I received confirmation from Robbi by WhatsApp. He is friendly, replies quickly and happy to answer questions. A day before the tour I received Information about our tour guide and details of the car taking us. This was super helpful so I could look out the driver when they arrived at our hotel. I travelled with my two children, age 7 and 5. Our tour guide and driver was Nigy. She is awesome! She texted me before her arrival and very knowledgeable! She customised the tour to ensure we were at the volcano when it was dry! She is so lovely, great English speaker and super good with children. She made me feel comfortable and is all round amazing human! As it was a private tour I could let Nigy know when we wanted to go back (kids were tired!) and everything was on our own time schedule. This tour was well organised, fun and child friendly! I would book again with them!

Robbi arranged a transfer for us from our hotel in Jakarta to Ciwidey and the next day we did a nice day trip to Kawah Putih, hot springs, strawberry farm and tea plantage. The driver Ega was very nice and a good guide. We had nice food and drinks. A day to never forget

I absolutely loved this. Robbi is an amazing guide, he made sure I got everywhere I needed to go and provided a ton of information along the way. Beyond that, I'll be telling everyone to visit Bandung from now on. I hadn't even heard of it until I was already in Jakarta and looking for things to do. While there isn't a ton to do in Jakarta itself... there is so much in Bandung (just a quick bullet train ride away), and it's all really amazing! I loved the weather. I loved the activities. It was all so amazing, and was one of my favorite travel days I've taken part in (and there have been many!) Definitely book this tour if you're coming to Jakarta, it was my favorite part!

We had a wonderfull tour in the South of Bandung. We got picked up from our home and Nigy (also sweet oma) drove us safely to the stops. We enjoyed her European playlist she made for her tourists. We went to the white crater and the hot springs. We also liked to go on the Suspension Bridge, this was not a problem! She took a lot of pictures of us on request and in the end there was also a little city tour. Would recommend!

Wow it was an amazing trip! Seriously enjoyed the breathtaking scenery of Kawah Putih, Hot Springs and Tea Plantation. Definitely something not to be missed while you're in Bandung! Also, the guide Nigy, was super friendly and really sincere in showing me around Banding and it's rich tapestry of culture and scenery! Could not ask for a better tour guide 😄!!!

Robbie is a friendly and respectful person, who gave us a lot of information about Bandung and the local community, but also left enough time to relax and enjoy the wonderfull views. Robbie arranged everything wonderfully, but checked with us beforehand, if the activity was something we wanted to do, or if we wanted just to chill. We didn't hit any tourist stuff, but were surrounded by locals all the way. We highly recommend this tour!

Wonderful day, beautiful vista’s. Nigy our tour guide and driver was lovely. She explained everything along the way and visited all the spots we wanted and more, she was very patient whilst climbing, using the hot springs etc. We went to the white crater first and climbed a hill for better views but be warned if climbing to the top you need to have some degree of fitness as it is quite steep. Next we went to the suspension bridge (not for the faint hearted) but great fun then the zip line swings (loved this) then the amazing hot springs with a mud bath. Next we had lunch at a restaurant recommended by Nigy which was really tasty. After this a visit to the lake where we went on go kart down a hill (please do not go on this if you have a bad back) it was really good fun but the karts were somewhat questionable in their safety in particular the brakes! My husband crashed his at the end but came away unscathed. They give crash helmets. All in all a good day about 12 hours from 7:30am to 7pm. Thank you Nigy xx
