Experience the Beauty, History and the Culture Of Accra in a Day

The tour is a lot of fun and definitely insightful. It‘s on the expensive side but worth it because of the insight, friendliness, and overall value. The tour was a great time and I‘m surely happy I took part 😃

We appreciated the online communication and the text communication, on the morning of, from the Tour Guide. Questions were encouraged. The guide, Bernice (and the driver) were flexible.

It was worthwhile to spend a few hours with this tour. I was picked up from my hotel on time and the tour went as described.

Yesterday, our group went out with Kofi also known around town as Big Ben. He was an amazing host and tour guide. From subtle nuances, like opening the door and providing waters to having a wealth of information on the history and geography, Kofi was on point. He work with our group's and went out of his way to make things easier as we took us restaurant and waited.. I highly recommend this tour and the tour guide..

It was a lovely trip through Accra. We felt very safe and it was a lot fun. It was a lot of impressions but we really enjoyed every second. Samuel did a great job, was very communicative and relaxed, knew a lot of facts and people and made sure we get the experience, we wanted. Only thing we did underestimate was the time, since there is no time slot for lunch. We should have packed more things to eat so that’s on us.

We had such a great time exploring Accra with Ben! He’s warm, knowledgeable, and really made the city come alive with his stories and insights. The tour was well-organized and gave us the chance to see parts of Accra we never would have found on our own. It felt relaxed, never rushed, and Ben was always happy to answer questions and share his perspective. We did the tour on a Sunday, so not everything was open, but Ben still made sure we had a rich and memorable experience. One tip: if your main goal is shopping or visiting markets, this isn’t the right tour — it’s much more about culture, history, and hidden gems. But if you want to experience the real spirit of Accra, Ben is the perfect guide!

Big Ben and Samuel were great. Very friendly and welcoming throughout the tour. Can't recommend enough. The explanations were great as well.

The tour guide was a fun guy and his knowledge of the place was awesome! Also he was quite a good photographer and I enjoyed even if I was traveling solo! I 100% recommend!
