I think Ecuador hop has the best representative in the country. Everything one day before were almost cancelled cause Peru office wanted to change our plan. But eventually we talked with Angie in Ecuador and she convinced us not to change everything and she tried to to everything possible to make us an amazing schedule with very experienced tour guys. Long trip (6h) but our guide Ernesto made it easy. We went from Quito, passed by Cotopaxi, stopped at Tigua to visit traditional art gallery, went to Rio Toachi Canyon and amazing Quilotoa lagoon. Ernesto gave very interesting information about the culture, history and traditions and was always available to attend our requests. We stopped our trip in Baños where he arranged another guide to take us to Casa del Arbol. We are very grateful and fully recommend.

Ernesto our guide was fantastic! Super nice and very informative taking us round the various sites. On the first day he took us to see the Quilatoa craker and the surrounding areas in the mountains. Visited a couple who lived in a traditional house in the mountains - Make sure to bring cash to tip them. The tour itself was the drive and various stops on the first day. This gives you most of that evening and the next day to do the activities in Banos. It's a long day with an early start so get a good night sleep before, but highly recommend.

Excellent value for the price paid. Tour guide could have given clearer instructions. Bus driver drove so quickly made me nauseous.

The tour was well-organized and everything went according to the itinerary. The stops in the Casa del Arbol and Pailon del Diablo were a bit rushed - I would’ve liked to have more time there. Because the tour is run by Ecuador Hop, they need to pick up and drop off people along the way (these people booked directly through Ecuador Hop, not Viator), so on the way back from Baños, we ended up going to Quilotoa for the second time instead of going directly to Quito, which added at least 2.5 hours to the journey. Had it been a straight Quito -Quilotoa - Baños - Quito tour, we wouldn’t have had to rush at the attractions in Baños.

I wanted my kids to see something they wouldn’t forget, as well as see parts of my home country that I’ve been away from for too many years. Baños did not disappoint. It is absolutely gorgeous. The tour was incredible and good even for small children (my youngest is 4). The ziplining was so much fun over the most beautiful view. Unfortunately, we got sick on the first day, but still made the most of our time. Our guide, Diego, was not only super knowledgeable & charismatic, he was also considerate, checking in on us to see how we were feeling whenever he got a chance. Ecuador hop offered a great tour, highly recommend it.

Baños is beautiful, with amazing landscapes and fun activities. I wish we had done the tour that has an extra day so we could have spent more time there. We hiked along waterfalls, rode swings off captivating ledges, and ziplined over a river, yet there was more that we would have liked to do. I would like to give a big thank you to our incredible guide, Diego, for doing everything he could to make sure we had a good time and being very informative. He seemed to know an interesting fact about everything. Members of our group got sick and he consistently checked-in on them to make sure they were doing okay and see if they needed anything. Lastly, I am most thankful to Diego for ensuring I got my phone back after I left it on the tour bus upon returning to Quito. Great trip! Good food there, also.

I had Israel and Diego as my guides for a three day trip down to Banos. If you had them as your guides, consider yourself very lucky. They were always there to help you. Don't forget to check out Puyo, which Israel recommended me was worth every dollars.
