Cape Winery Cycle Tour - 6 wineries, self-guided

Our most popular tour! Enjoy a full-day, self-guided biking tour (choose e-bikes or standard bikes) to some of the regions finest wineries to enjoy wine tasting galore. We take you (and your bike) out to Havelock North to the starting point of your journey at Black Barn Vineyard. This trail cycles past 6-7 award-winning wineries along a 16km stretch of easy and scenic cycle pathways.

Meet our van at the last winery at the stunning Cape Kidnappers for a transfer back to the start. A truly memorable experience enjoying the best wineries of Hawke's Bay on a bike!

• Specialized infant seats are available
• Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• At the time of booking please advise your height so we can allocate the correct sized bikes for you.
• NOTE: tour starts with a 10am shuttle from our base in Napier to the first winery and a 4pm shuttle from the last winery back to Napier.
• Opening days and hours at wineries vary, we will advise you where possible
• Please note that wineries charge for tastings (this is not included). The charge is around NZ$15-50 per person and is usually rebated against any purchases
• On Saturdays and public holidays, BOOKINGS are recommended at the wineries you want to visit. Te Mata and Askerne welcome walk-ins however!
