Paddle alongside us through an enchanted mangrove forest that leads to Laguna Grande! Witness the one-of-a-kind natural phenomenon known as Bioluminescence, which is light produced by a living organism, specifically a microscopic plankton known as "Pyrodinium bahamense", which is responsible for the Glowing Bay Adventure.

THINGS TO KNOW!
Please remember that bioluminescence is a natural phenomenon and the intensity (brightness) is unpredictable and may vary from one day to another.

On days when light pollution is high, we use a tarp to eliminate and/or block the illumination of the moon, allowing us to better appreciate bioluminescence.

Sargassum is a type of free-floating seaweed that is abundant in the Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico. While these large ecosystems are harmless and beneficial to ocean life, they frequently wash up on our shores and can smell at times.

All odd-numbered groups or solo kayakers will be paired up during the tour.
