Magic Lagoon - Coquette Knysna Heads Cruise

What an incredible experience! The cruise was pure magic from start to finish. Our skipper was knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely friendly — you could tell he truly loves what he does. We ordered food, brought along some drinks, and even connected our music through the Bluetooth speaker. The atmosphere was so relaxed — just a calm, refreshing breeze and beautiful views all around. I would recommend the Magic Lagoon cruise to absolutely anyone visiting Knysna. It’s the perfect way to unwind, enjoy nature, and make amazing memories

We were expertly ushered onto the Pamela by awesome skipper Cameron, who took us on a magical tour around the lagoon and towards the edge of the Knysna Heads. His knowledge of the history of Knysna was mesmerizing and kept the cruise intriguing. When we requested he power down the engine for a while so we could enjoy the sunset in silence he quickly obliged…it didn’t even matter that it was not a perfectly clear sky. Beautiful experience, see you in Botswana, Cam!

What a loveley experience, seeing the beauty of Knysna from the best viewpoint -the water! A peaceful trip with friendly staff ensuring an enjoyable outing with the family. The boat was spotless and has comfortable seats. Blankets were provided to shield against the cold winter breeze. 10/10 experience. We will be back!

Nono was our amazing skipper. Her and the team were welcoming and fun. One of the best boat trips we’ve been on. Nono made it a once in a lifetime experience. She is fun, knowledgeable and an overall wonderful person.

What a wonderful way to end the day in Knysna!! Beautifully restored classic wooden boat with a leisurely, calm cruise out to The Heads and then back in, just in time for an amazing sunset. Watched the other Knysna boats head back to the docks - and they missed this spectacular view. Peter was a wonderful captain, narrator, and wisely asked if we wanted a few extra minutes in the bay, to watch that sunset. Perfection!

This was so much fun and the skipper was so cool and informative. The trip to the heads is very much recommended. Very scenic and idyllic. Very calm water unless you head out to sea.

The weather was beautiful and we really enjoyed our leisurely tour of the lagoon. The staff were very helpful and the boat is an historic treasure. A lovely way to see Knysna.
