2 Nights Misty Munnar Sightseeing (Private Tour with Car) - Iris Holidays

Recently in Oct 2025, I had a family trip 4N/5days package with Iris holidays to Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey. The experience was excellent. Received a warm welcome at the Thrissur railway station. Accommodation and complementary BF was excellent. The transport vehicle arranged for site seeing was nice and driver “Babu Antony “was so helpful and patiently explained all the things during the drive. The night stay at Alleppey boat house was really a memorable experience. Post completion of trip, we were dropped at Cochin railway station. Overall my family was delighted with this experience. Thanks to Iris Holidays for arranging everything.

The tour was well planned . The tour plan execution was perfect . All things were aptly taken care . The tour package was cost effective too. Highly recommended!!

My friend and I took the two nights trip to Munnar in July 2025 with Iris Holidays. The package we took was well Priced and affordable. Mr Monesh, our driver knew the routes very well and was happy to accommodate our requests. He also knew the good restaurants in the area and catered to all our food needs. The highlights for us were the Tea Museum - the documentary was basically a long winded AD for TATA but the demonstration of the tea making process was amazing. The people were cheerful and so very helpful and we ended up buying a lot of tea. In addition we visited the Eravikulam national park which was absolutely beautiful and a MUST VISIT. We also had a massage, which was recommended to us by Mr Monesh, and it was a perfect end to a full day in Munnar. In terms of the hotel, it’s a bit out of the way and once you reach it there is no where else to venture out for a walk. But the hotel itself was clean and met all our needs. The breakfast was okay- not the best but decent. Overall, a very good experience with Iris Holidays and Mr Monesh, our very accommodative guide.

The onboarding and the support from the staff is really smooth. They have provided support everywhere required. The staff in the hotels we stayed were also very friendly. The driver Shijo chettan is also great and friendly giving us a beautiful company in the whole journey.

We had our pleasant experience with this tour package accompanied by Mr manikuttan he was really helpful and made our trip smooth and comfortable. Overall an excellent experience with iris holidays.

We just returned from a beautiful 2-night, 3-day family trip to Munnar, and we’re so glad we chose **Iris Holidays** to organize it. As a family of three, we were looking for a relaxed and well-managed vacation — and this was everything we hoped for and more. From the beginning, **Kannan**, our coordinator, was extremely responsive and helpful. Even after the full payment was made, he stayed in touch and made sure we were comfortable at every step. That level of dedication and genuine care made a big difference. Our stay at **Aranyaka Resort** was wonderful. The mountain views were breathtaking, and the resort staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. Without us even asking, they upgraded our room from deluxe to super deluxe. On the last day, when our daughter wasn’t feeling well, the manager kindly offered a late checkout and had breakfast delivered to our room. The resort owner even packed some lemon salt and essentials for our daughter as we left — such thoughtful and heartfelt gestures that truly touched us. The room, bathroom, and balcony were all spacious, clean, and peaceful. A special mention to our cab driver, **Vyshakh**, who became more like a friend during the trip. He was warm, courteous, and always ready to help with anything we needed — from taking detours to showing us the best photo spots to giving us tips on where we might spot wild elephants (which was super exciting for our daughter!). He knew Munnar like the back of his hand and shared so many interesting local stories along the way. His presence made us feel safe, relaxed, and well taken care of the entire time — even beyond the usual service hours. This trip gave us lovely memories as a family, and Iris Holidays played a big part in making that happen. We’re truly grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free and warm travel experience in Kerala.

Trip was amazing. Resorts and Hotels were good to stay. Our travel guide and driver Mr. Afsal was extraordinary in guiding us to the right places and made our trip a very memorable one. His rides were very good and tension free for the passengers.

Vyshak was a top tour guide! Really nice guy! Because of him I give the tour 5 stars. The tour itself was okay, because you see a lot while driving to Munnar. The nature in Kerala, espacially in Munnar is amazing. With booking the trip you pay for a driver who picks you up and is all the time ready to drive you somewhere. Also included is the stay in a 3-star hotel with breakfast included. With the hotel you need to have luck. Because 3 stars can be a big range. (The hotel in the pictures of the trip for example looks amazing but we haven't been there.) A bit annoying was the upselling trips with cooperating companies, which you almost need to book to see a bit more of Munnar. So not all the pictures that are published here in the tour belong to the tour.. Some of them are also from an exclusive Jeep trip. (Going into the tea fields, Go to the big waterfall,..) So all in all you could do the trip in one day and one night. Because if you don't book something exclusive you have a lot of time in the hotel. Example -> First day: get picked up, drive to Munnar, do the first part of the trip ( small waterfall, view point) Second day: national park, tea museum and way back

As Keralites, we often overlook the beauty of our own state. So, for our first post-wedding trip, we decided to explore Kerala itself. While planning, we stumbled upon Iris Holidays, and we couldn't have been happier with the choice. Kannan from their team crafted a wonderful 3-day itinerary for Munnar, making sure we made the most of our short stay. Our driver, Mr. Anson, was truly exceptional—friendly, reliable, and always willing to go the extra mile. His knowledge of the area was impressive; he even found alternative options for us whenever something on the itinerary wasn’t feasible. With Anson, we felt completely safe and well-guided. The highlights of our trip included a scenic ride through tea estates, visits to beautiful waterfalls, and a fascinating spice garden tour, where we learned about Kerala’s rich spices. We also watched an electrifying Kalaripayattu show and visited popular spots like Mattupetty Dam, Kundala Dam, Gap Road, Echo Point, and even tried some adventurous activities like an elephant safari and zip lining. Our stay at Aranyaka was delightful—the views from the hotel were breathtaking, adding an extra layer of charm to our experience. Overall, we had a fantastic time. The beauty of Kerala is something that can't be captured in photos alone; it's something you have to experience firsthand.

We had a fabulous experience. Everything went very well. We were met by the representative who then guided us to the driver. Jomon was excellent and coordinated over entire trip. He was very courteous and respectful. It was very hectic, but he was able to get everything done. We initially drove to Munar and spent two days there He coordinated all of our visits to the various attractions. We saw everything in a timely fashion. He then took us to Alleppey and got us to our homestay on time. We had a very nice time at the homestay and did a backwater cruise in the early morning. He picked us up the next morning and we drove to Kochi where we saw all the attractions on the itinerary.
