Todo bien!) Мне очень понравилось то, что в этом музее рассказывают не о том, как люди ели друг друга и как спаслись, а как они выживали в тех условиях, в которых не каждый человек в наше время проживет и несколько дней. Mi respeto a todos los participantes en la creación de este museo!

Это был невероятный опыт! Два часа пробежали как 20 минут. В трехэтажном здании множество экспонатов с места трагедии/чуда, это значительно усиливает впечатление и помогает прочувствовать то что произошло: одежда, записные книжки, личные вещи. Посещение музея не оставляет угнетающего настроения, скорее наоборот помогает по-другому взглянуть на жизнь, на то, что не все так однозначно и также, что, поддерживая друг друга, люди способны на многое. Основатель, директор и куратор Jörg Thömsen помог сделать наше посещение еще лучше. Он прекрасно чувствовал, когда надо подойти и дать дополнительную информацию, а когда оставить нас одних почитать и поразмышлять. Было ощущение, что он действительно хотел, чтобы как можно больше людей узнали эту историю, извлекли из нее уроки и вспомнили, каковы истинные ценности жизни. Мы очень благодарны ему за этот опыт.

Музей "Анды 1972" очень интересен своей концепцией: его создатели стремились уделить внимание тому, что происходило в мире в те времена, когда случилась авиакатастрофа, а также рассказать не только о тех, кому удалось выжить, но и о тех, кто погиб. Во время посещения вам покажут короткий фильм о событиях 1972 года со свидетельствами родственников пассажиров того рейса и тех, кто спасся. Экспозиция производит сильное впечатление, когда видишь ту легкую одежду, в которой оказались пассажиры разбившегося самолета на высоте нескольких тысяч метров в заснеженных горах, и когда узнаешь из дневниковых записей о том, как они сохраняли бодрость духа и веру в свое спасение.

Very interesting place with items and story parts I had not heard about. If you are in the area go. It is small but good value

This museum is great. The best kept secret, none of the guidebooks mention it, and we discovered it accidentally from a brochure in the tourist office in the old town. It takes a good 2- 3 hours to see and read everything, which we voraciously did. I had read the book when it came out 30 -40 years ago, and it inspired me to re-order and read it again, and to watch the new (netflix?) movie.

Compelling, heart wrenching, dignifying, powerful. The details, testimonies of the incredible survivors, the way artifacts are displayed and the chronological narrative of the events are an unbelievable example of human desire for survival, faith, love, resilience, and courage. I am so proud to have been born in Uruguay, I hope this story of tragedy and survival will inspire people around the world for many generations to always believe, to never never give up, no matter how difficult life might be. Just like La Sociedad de la Nieve did. 🙏🏼💜

The detail, organization, and the simplicity of this complex true event was incredible. There is an obvious care to accurately share the story with such respect for all the families, including those of the survivors and more certainly for the tragic losses who didn't make it. As a museum, it captured my interest well beyond how much time I would normally stay in a museum. Thank you also to the caring and kind staff...they get it.

I’ve been fascinated by this event since the movie Alive came out in 1993. When I learned there was a memorial museum in Montevideo it was on my must see list. The museum is in a fairly small building so tickets help manage crowd size. Exhibits are in the basement, main floor and an upper gallery. The museum includes a memorial gallery to those who died in the crash, information on hypothermia as well as artifacts from the crash. A guide was present to answer questions and help us into the simulator giving us an example of the darkness and temperature the team experienced after the avalanche. The informative video and displays included English which I really appreciated. Photos were not encouraged.

My wife and I visited this museum on August 27th, 2025. It's an excellent museum about a tragedy and it's a tribute to the human spirit. It's a must-see.
