The tour organization was perfect . Lenna from CXT perfectly organized the tour from the very beginning to the end , she was always helpful and all information were sent in time. Guides and drivers were very good. When I come next time to China,for sure I’ll choose them . We have had the most memorable 12 days private tour planned by Grace of China Xian Tour. She organised and coordinated the toured flawlessly at Kunming, Dali, Shanxi, Lijiang and Shangrila. We had 4 English speaking guides; each very friendly, knowledgeable and able to open door to visit some private home in the old town seeing the courtyard first hand. We had a lot of good times, laughs, great food, and we get to know China so much better. Grace was always reachable during the entire tours and most importantly the guides and safe driving allow us to enjoy the sights. The drivers and guides were most courteous and always there to open the door for us alight and board the vehicles.

This was our first time going to China by private tour, and we are glad that we made that choice. The travel consultant that we spoke with was very responsive to our questions, and arranged a great itinerary for us that accommodated our preferences and last-minute changes. We visited Kunming, Dali, and Lijiang in Yunnan. The natural scenery was majestic, the food was cheap and tasty, and its history and culture is rich. All of the tour guides took good care of us, followed what we wanted to see and do, helped us take great photos, and gave us good knowledge about the area. I highly recommend going on private tours with China Xian tours as they allow greater flexibility in arranging a customised tour that suit your personal preferences and needs at reasonable prices.

China Xian Tour was a fantastic company to work with. We took an 11-day tour (Yunnan with an added three days to Guilin). Sophia the tour coordinator was transparent, responsive, and professional. The guides were all amazing, most were great with my two young kids. They went out of their way to ensure we had a good experience, including courier servicing a lost wallet—truly a class act. We traveled with my family, my dad, and my aunt, so we were across the board in terms of age, mobility, and need for flexibility. The vans were clean and the drivers were safe. I highly recommend using them as they are more affordable than some of the other tour companies but provide an equal level of service - while being transparent about what is included. We took the private tour recommended by Sophia and she did everything for us. The arrangement was smooth from the day we land in Kunming to the last day of the tour. Highly recommended Tour company if Yunnan is on your mind.

Very well supported during the trip. The drivers (Wu and Fairy) and guides were always early, they knew their stuff (shout to Linda, Alex and Peter), the food recommended was great, hotels were clean and cosy. The best support came from Mrs Nancy Liu, who recommended the package to us. She was prompt, helpful and so effective even through email.

Beautiful sceneries and views. From lowest 1800’ to highest 3600’ ASL, we have excellent driver and experienced & knowledge guide to take us from one amazing place to another! Different local tribes from Dali to Lijiang to Shangri-La where we experienced different cultures, customs & costumes.

The driver Mr Yang was very helpful & friendly. He helped to research places we could visit, and shared with us. He was also willing to spend extra time just to make sure we really enjoyed our experience.

An unforgettable trip! Because Yunnan is beautiful, but first because of the guides that we met! The energetic Jingjing (Vivian) saved our lives by managing to get our wallet back after we forgot it in the plane, will be forever thankful. Then we spent unforgettable days with Zhao around Dali. His kindness and deep knowledge of history truly immersed us in Chinese culture. After we explored Lijiang and its surrounding with the joyful Binxin (Brandon) and we highly recommend the romance show. After a day in the Tiger leaping gorge, we ended up in the mystical Shangri-la that I cannot stop thinking about. I now serve pu-erh tea in the traditional way to all my family and friends. Hopefully we will be back to do the southern road one day.
