My audio stopped working after a few minutes. I contacted the company to get a refund and they said they would refund to the card that I used to purchase the tour. I sent back an email right away to say that I have a new credit card number, but I have heard nothing back. I tried to add my new card number on my Viator profile, but that page says " not available ".

Just get ticket not audiotour. It was a waste. Followed the hundred directions and had audiotour working before we went to the site and then nothing once there. Have a new iPhone and older android neither worked at site. Although line was long it moved better then WC line Just get tickets tours there if you must. Not worth the trouble

The overall site & visit was pretty amazing! The Queen’s area & some other areas were closed which was not noted at the entrance. The audio tour directions. therefore we’re sometimes difficult to follow. My friends especially enjoyed the written sections included in the audio tour. They felt these were more informative than the written plaques at the site.

It is an excellent site. The audio tour was very informative. There were sections that were closed off and thus the audio tour did not match. This was a little frustrating.

You've heard about it - if you've come to Crete you have to check this famous site out. It gets lots of visitors but the site is large so it didn't feel too crowded once the entry ticket is purchased. Lots of fascinating history and entertaining peacocks!

An interesting tourist site. Well worth a visit. Parking is a challenge however manageable. Definitely worth buying online tickets before with an audio guide. We are out of season and the queue was still an hour long. With e-tickets we walked straight in

For all those interested in History, Archeology and Greece Myths this is a must-see site. Yes, over 100-year old “excavations and preservation” works conducted by Sir Arthur Evans are controversial today, but the is where you see this is not black and white. The tour guide (Poppy ?) was very knowledgeable and professional. It’s not easy to care for a buss of people in 90 degrees and share every detail of this archeological site, but she did it!

We ha a lovely time visiting the ruin. I found the frescos and the how much of the city was so preserved absolutely beautiful. The audio tour was very informative and I enjoyed it thoroughly.

The tickets and guide audio are texted and emailed immediately upon booking. Very user friendly. You can go at any time and skip the line into Knossos. Highly recommend this. We stayed about an hour although the audio is longer. It’s a great option if you want to see the ruins but not spend a full half day with a live guide. We enjoyed this trip a lot

Had an amazing time trotting around the ancient palace. The audio guide was really useful in helping me discover the most important elements and stories behind this amazing place! The booking and ticketing process were seamless. Highly recommend this experience.

- This is a combination of a downloadable self-guided audio tour for your smartphone (accessible through our app) and an entry ticket for the Knossos.
- No live guide or meeting point provide
- You will receive an email from the local supplier with important ticket & audio instructions.
- An Android (version 5.0 and later) or iOS smartphone is required. The audio tour is not compatible with Windows Phones, iPhone 5/5C or older, iPod Touch 5th generation or older, iPad 4th generation or older, iPad Mini 1st generation
- From 1st of April to 31st of October senior citizens over 65 from Greece or other EU member-states and the European Economic Area, upon presentation of their ID card or passport for verification of their age and country of origin.
- From 1st of April to 31st of October Non-EU citizens, between 6 to 25 years old, upon presentation of their passport, are entitled to 50% reduced admission. However, they have to wait in line.
- EU citizens aged 0-25 are entitled to have free admission tickets. However, they have to wait in line to show ID card or passport.
- Booking requests received between 17.00-8.59 am will be served the next morning from 9.00 am.
- You will need storage space on your phone (100-150 MB)

- The archaeological site of Knossos is open: from 1st April until 31 October daily: 08:00 - 20:00 and from 1st November until 31 March daily:08:00- 17:00
- Due to the touristic affluence, it is advised to start your visit early in the morning
- Please be aware that there may be long queues at the entrance, so you might need to wait before entering.
- Ensure that your smartphone is fully charged and that you bring your headphones
