Private Tour: Hurghada City Sightseeing

We went on this trip with 2 other friends that we had met in Egypt. The trip took us to a bazaar first (which was just the same as any other shop in Egypt.) initially we were a little disappointed and wondered what had we got ourselves into, but following this we were to the biggest mosque in the area, another Christian church, a perfume factory, the marina and then the Hard Rock Cafe We had this trip for free, while it being very cultural, it was a little disappointing as we were expecting it to be a real bazaar rather than a normal shop. But after that the day was quite interesting and we did gain some knowledge from this.

We get this city tour for £1 p/p when booked another Day-trip with Master Travel Service ( after find out most of the member in coach was same ,some said f.o.c but £1 like tips ). What we get 14:00pm pick-up ( 1st couples on coach ),than drive around final pick-up 1.5hrs 😨. 1.Perfume oil Palace (listen & buy ) 30-45mins 2.Marina bay walking 1st entrance than 2nd exit 10-15mins ,turn left Fish Market ,5mins wall Big Mosque ( really Big Building allow visit inside . 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 3.Egypt special paper gallery ( art “ poster “ selling ) . 4.Coptic Church 10mins . 5.Big combo super market ,member request 30mins stay but waste a hour plus. (Arrival time 19:15pm ) Member of coach shouting ,because dinner of Hotel only serve till 21:00pm ,we came from different 5 Hotel ,some ask for Van / taxi leave. So please made sure your journey and prepare before joint . Spend a day time better than stay at hotel .

<p>Enjoyed every second of it! Our tour guide Mohammad was excellent and knew all the best sights to see. We visited the mosque, boat yard, fishing yard, local market, the perfumery, local shopping gallery and the old hurghada all topped off with a delicious lunch. Highly recommended.</p>

<p>This tour was awesome and our guide very informative and knowledgeable. Seeing the culture and lifestyle between the old and new Hurghada was eye opening and at times sad to see. Our guide Mohammed was super friendly and made the day relaxing, educational and fun, especially as it is Ramadan.</p>

<p>The tour was great. I stayed in the north of Hurghada and didn't have a chance to see everything, so for me it was the perfect way to see all it has to offer as the mosque, the market, the marina. My guide was really nice and also invited me to a drink of sugar cane. <br/> However, if you stay downtown I don't think you need to take the tour as it is in my eyes too pricey for such a short amount of time. If you don't have a ride and stay far, I would recommend it.</p>

<p>We were met by our guide at the hotel and given a guided tour around old Hurghada seeing the Mosque, Coptic church, boatyards,fish market and the suche. The guide was a local and knew a great deal about the area. We were taken to a perfume house and given a talk on the different essences they had and what they could be used for. Finally we were taken to an Egyptian restaurant for an Egyptian meal which was excellent. All in all a great way to spend 4 hrs I highly recommend this trip</p>

This tour was more interesting than we had expected. This was the first time on our trip that we found ourselves out of the tourist element. Our tour guide was very flexible with the itinerary and enabled us to see areas of Hurghada that we wouldn't have known about. He was very desirous of our having the type of experience that we were looking for, and he was able to answer our many questions. The restaurant meal was very relaxing and the food was the best meal we had during our entire vacation. It was a very good experience, and we would recommend it to anyone.

It was great, our tour rep lived in hurghada so he knew where to go and what to see, he was great.
