La experiencia de aprende sobre el proceso de la eboracion del café, desde el momento de su plantation, cuidados durance su desarrollo hasta su cosecha es incredible como sigue todo un proceso de selección, tostado, es fantástico y para finalizar la clase de refinamiento para catar un buen café es fantástica!!

Imperdible. Súper amables, el guía Raúl, Yirmi el conductor del vehículo (muy cómodo por cierto), Javert, el experto en el sembradío cafetalero, Alberto el catador y Marisa, la dueña de la Hacienda de Pacho. Las plantas de café a la sombra de las higueras y, en la parcela experimental, conviviendo con plátanos y naranjos. El lujo del refrigerio: café con naranjas y frutas frescas, en la misma parcela donde se cosecha, y el guaje con aguardiente y azahares... Y la historia viva en la Hacienda de Pacho, con Marisa su dueña, excelente anfitriona. Maravillosa experiencia! Héctor Zavala - Ciudad de México
