We had such a great day! My favorite of all the days on our vacation was the Taipei and Shifen area tour. We were able to customize to include the Shifen waterfall and what a spectacular place! Benson guided us, gave us great info, gave us tips on where to eat, and was a fantastic driver. I would do this all over again and I will recommend this for anyone wanting to see Taipei and the area. My kids enjoyed it as well. This is a must do.

Just the most amazing day. I was taken to so many amazing sites that I would never have found by myself. The convenience of having a private tour is worth every cent, THE BEST TOUR GUIDE EVER!!!!! This is a must for everybody going to Taiwan.

It was great doing private tour Taipei city. Justaiwantour picked us up from Taoyuan Airport. Our tour guide, Ken, waiting for us and guide us through our trip. It was great getting to know Taipei city in a day.

Our tour guide Jennifer was exceptional! She took us to many places in Taipei and was extremely knowledgeable about all of them. We went to Taipei 101 and she got us one of the first tables of the day at Din Tai Fung which was incredible! We loved our time with Jennifer and highly recommend this customizable tour!

Did a tour of Taipei city. Frank was our guide. He was very accommodating. We shifted a couple things around and he was very good about it. One thing I would recommend is the palace Museum. At 10 AM they have an English guided tour that was great. He had all sorts of extra information. And he emailed me that information later on. Also helped me with going to a baseball game the next night.

My tour guide Joseph is excellent, knowledgeable, efficient and reliable. He deserves promotion or rate increase. Because of this, I express my gratitude. Thank you
