VIP Limousine: Hue to Hoi An Trip

They forgot to pick me up, and I managed to contact the agency only at opening time (7am), my departure was scheduled for 6.40am. After several communications they came to pick me up at 8am, but the driver, without saying a word, started to do as he pleased by loading people taxi-style and driving around Huè for more than 1h when we should have gone to Hoi An directly, then leaving me in Da Nang and making me get into another car, when the booked service was the limousine bus. The company never answered me again. I do not recommend!

We had a seamless experience with Vietnam Travel Bus. The booking process was simple, the tickets were affordable , we received clear instructions about where to meet for pick up and staff had good communication skills. The bus was clean, the driver was friendly and we had a comfortable journey from Hue to Hoi An. I am especially thankful for the service provided when I forgot my sunglasses at my accomodation in Hue, and the owner of the Homestay there sent them to Hoi An with Vietnam Travel Bus! I unfortunately missed pick up in Hoi An due to a tight travel schedule however the company have been so helpful in arranging to get my sunglasses back to me at my next destination. Incredibly personable service and a testament to this company going above and beyond for its customers.

The bus trip from Hue to Hoi An was very comfortable, on time, and good service. The bus was new and comfortable, good seats, AC, light etc. TravelBus offers much better service than most other providers I have used across Vietnam. Recommended.
