This amazing food tour takes in the best of historical and cultural Belizean cuisine with a twist of mayan ingredients that may fire your appetite for more local food and hunger for more of the impressive El Castillo at Xunantunich.

Our guide meets you 8am at your hotel IN town, you'll visit the San Ignacio town market, followed by your guided tour of Xunantunich, then more tasting of scrumptious pibil (pork dish) & local rice & beans and for your grand finale: AJAW chocolate: taste organic fresh cacao fruit, sun dried & roasted cacao nibs, organic dark chocolate, ancient chocolate drink and local dark chocolate.
