Delphi One Day Trip from Athens

Excellent tour of Delphi and its museum. Our guide Kostas was amazing. Overall a must to do tour while in Athens.

A long day but well worth the effort to get to one of the most beautiful places of history in Greece. A couple of small stops on the way there and back home to stretch the legs under or grab something to drink. Totally recommend the guided tour as our guide was excellent.

It was too long of a drive and too little to see. Only one site and one museum. When we arrive the lunch place, I thought it will be in the town but the place was only for lunch. Although you can order a la carte but still wasted one hour sitting there if you don’t want to have lunch. The guide was good very knowledgeable. But the whole trip was not worth the time on the road.

The ride is much longer than what you'll stay visiting the site. The guide was good but overall i thought it was a bit overpriced. For two people with guide and food was $230. The food included was ok, you had three options one of them being spaghetti and saw a couple of travelers express a dislike of the food including my mom. I don't think it's worth it but looks like you have no other option as the restaurant is a bit far from other restaurants. A la carte is a better option.

Angela our guide was excellent in every way, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. Our driver TomTom was friendly and we felt safe with his driving. Wow, the site of Delphi is breathtaking. The ancient history and the stunning views alone make this trip a must.

Dimitris’ knowledge and context was amazing. The sites are incredible, and they thought of really nice details to help augment the trip. Overall, an amazing experience.

Our guide was so knowledgeable and passionate. And she spoke slowly enough that we could understand. She added humor and personal experience. It was perfect.

The option without lunch was well worth the price for transportation and included the bonus of an excellent tour guide. At the restaurant we were able to order a la carte. I highly recommend the calamari. The bus was comfortable, and we had plenty of time at the site.
