Thanks to my knowledge in the world of wine (WSET3, Wine Instructor & Sommelier),You will meet winemakers whose doors are usually closed and whose wine are complicated to taste.

I know the region by heart and will thus be able to inform you, during your private trip, about the specifics of the Beaujolais region and its wines.

Let's assume that we will visit three wineries during the day (2 or 4 if you prefer) and that I know more than 30 wineries in the Beaujolais.

Following your reservation, either you trust me and I make a small mix of different wine structures or we make it to measure according to the following points:

Single winemaker with small vineyard
Vineyard which vinifies in biodynamic / natural way
Possibility to taste old vintages
Walk in the vineyard
Wine merchant
Castle and large estate

For Lunch, you will unfortunately be forced to sit at the table of a Michelin star restaurant. You will taste a French seasonal menu "Market Menu" with food and wine pairings.
