Cellar D’or Winery Tours is owned and operated by Busselton couple Geoff Anderson-Hord and Cherri Quin who live in a wonderful part of Busselton called Port Geographe.

Geoff developed his appreciation of fine wines when he was a young man in his early twenties. Back then Claret, a red wine sometimes of dubious quality, Moselle and sparkling white party type wines for ladies were the popular choice for a lot of Australian wine drinkers.

Cherri has a background in journalism, tourism, office administration and has also run several premium wine liquor stores in the leafy suburbs of Perth. Her appreciation of fine wines developed from an early age when her father established a small vineyard in the Hunter Valley in New South Wales which was eventually absorbed into The Rothbury Estate. Wine was a given with a meal in her household and was discussed and drunk with the family and friends around the dinner table for many years.
