The Ginger Factory Play, Taste & Discover Bundle Experience

Loved the ginger factory though it’s great for kids my husband and l loved it too. The train ride was very informative and the boat ride was fun too. There was a great variety of gluten free meals for Lunch and even gluten free gingerbread men. Overall a great 2 hours entertainment. If you can go during the week rather than weekends.

Neat place for a stop. Woth no entry fee was good value as you just pay for the rides you want to do. Note for the Zog trail you need a phone setup with an Australian Google account to download the ap.

It really was misadvertised. It is not a factory tour. It is simply someone relating stuff that anyone can research for him or herself, watching a video and looking through glass at the factory floor. Very disappointing. The food tasting was horrible! Tasting and comparing the younger and older ginger would have been more useful.

This place is fun for kids. There is a train ride, boat ride, jungle walk, an umbrella canopy, and more. And what really makes this place amazing as a parent is that its free to get in. You do pay for rides, but the basics provided by the Ginger Factory are free... where do you find that these days? I tried some of the ginger baking and a ginger beverage and enjoyed it all. We also loaded up on ginger treats to take home. This is our second trip to the factory, and I am sure we will be back again some day.

Great day out. The factory and processing tour was interesting and informatives as was the live bee show demonstration. Lots of good food choices and speciality shops to browse through. The train ride was relaxing and lots of history expained. The Overboard boat ride was lots of fun and very well made.

Very interesting visit with an informative guide who told us all about the history of ginger farming in the Buderim area and the production of a wide range of products. The tour we took included a tasting, where we had the opportunity to try some of the products. It’s amazing how versatile ginger is! There’s plenty here to keep young children occupied, including a narrow gauge train ride. There’s also a cafe serving drinks and snacks.

Instead of an informative factory tour this was a sales exercise by a guide who was clearly suffering from a terrible cough (was it Covid?). Spend the money in the shop instead.

Very interesting, loved the tour of the factory. We learnt some great facts about ginger. Can highly recommend it well worthwhile experience.

Excellent service all day there Coffee and Ginger scones awesome Helpful staff in the specially shops. Fortunately not there during school holidays so able to access all without any problems

As a family from out of town, was educational. We took one of the tours. HOWEVER, overpriced product in the store, and although two different tour guides clearly mentioned 10% discount offered in the shops (both my spouse and I heard this) if yothis discount is only offered on Buderim-labelled product - beware! It is not on everything in the shops! We gave them the appropriate customer feedback that the tour guides should be more specific. I’m sure that feedback will never get through, so - beware!
