After picking you up from your hotel in Krakow we will head to the south of Poland. Our destination is 50 km from Kraków, a picturesque mountain village close to the border with Slovakia, situated in the fascinating natural wilderness of the Tatra Mountains. Once we have arrived, we will visit a husky reserve where we will play with these friendly animals. The staff at the centre will show us how to prepare the harnesses and all the necessary materials to operate the sleds. You will also be shown how to drive the one form of transport that's perfectly adapted to the frozen terrain of the Tatra mountains. After the instruction presentation, you'll be ready to try it for real. Accompanied by your instructor, who will drive, you will take a ride on your husky dog sled. The tour is led by English speaking licensed mountain guide. The tour leader will familiarize you with the mountains, their nature, history and culture of Gorale - local highlanders. Additionally, the guide will bring scientific equipment like humidity, temperature probes and binoculars which will help you to better understand the nature. The tour starts in Kuznice where you will use a modern cable car to get to the Kasprowy Wierch. It is a prominent summit at the Polish-Slovakian border with meteorological and astronomical observatories. The tour continues through Beskid (2012 m), Liliowe Pass and reaches meadows of Hala Gąsienicowa. You will find there a laid in stone shelter and have a lunch break. Only 40-minutes from the shelter, there is a beautiful Black Tatr which you will visit after the lunch. This excellent spot offers vistas over Orla Perc, a sharp ridge of summits known as the most difficult trail in the Tatras. The tour ends with a walk through Jaworzynka Valley._ru-RU
