If you’re using the OBB you can book online but the online purchase doesn’t mean seat reservations so you have to email your reservations to confirm and organise help. I found out the hard way! It’s also free for a companion.

Hey all! Anyone travelled by train from prague - vienna - budapest? Im a wheelchair user and unsure how to book a wheelchair space and 2 companion seats. Guy on the phone didnt speak much english and hung up 🙈 any help would be awesome
