Our tour guide Alex was awesome. He kept us engaged and was like a swiss army knife, he did everything for us. The zip lining and rapelling was lots of fun, be ready to climb what felt like a hundred stories. The snorkeling out in the estuary was fun too, the ocean was a bit rough and you could feel it, but still a great experience. Food at the location was also really good.

Awesome time. The underwater cave in the Cenote was like nothing I have ever seen anywhere else in the world. The tour guide David was amazing. Ziplines were a blast too.

The morning pickup at our hotel was extremely convenient and our driver and guide for the day, Jose, was awesome! We had two very different snorkeling experiences - one in a beautiful reef and another in a cenote (underground cave) - both were wonderful. We did the zip line package across 7 different zip lines - the most unique of any zip line experience we have ever had. The entire staff was very friendly and kind. They were all very welcoming to our same sex couple and we always felt comfortable. Jose was our incredible guide for the day. He was funny, extremely knowledgeable, and took great care of us. We would recommend this over and over and over again!

Emilio (aka baby Jesus) was amazing. Absolutely love him. The family that was in the group with our family was a bit “extra” but he handled it with style.

My friends and I had such a great time during all the activities! They made us feel safe all throughout the time and the food they gave us was delicious! We stayed in the hotel zone so it was a little bit over a hour drive, but was so worth it! They provide transportation so it a bonus and less hassle for us. 10/10 experience!!

This was such a blast! We felt safe the entire time, our guide was clearly passionate about jungle life and the adventures we were on! We loved the rappelling, the zip lining, the snorkeling in a cenote. I mean it was all incredible. The lunch was also amazing. The Mayan village on site had the most beautiful crafts and their food was to die for! You won’t be disappointed in this tour!

I’ll start by saying the rappelling and ziplining were a lot of fun and the cenotes were beautiful. Unfortunately this tour was NOT as described. It says there will not be more than 10 people in a group and we had 12. We also spent an hour in the van just picking people up before even starting our hour and a half drive there. I message the company on our way saying we had 12 people and they assured me we’d be divided into smaller groups once there. They did not. They advertised soft drinks included as well as a buffet lunch. We did not have any soft drinks at all and we did not have a buffet lunch. The tour also says going through the jungle in an all terrain unimog and also driving 4x4’s and we had neither. I asked our group guide, Lorenzo, more than once about them stating that our tour was supposed to have them and he told me there aren’t any ATV’s in the park since 2010. Later, some drove by and when I asked him again, he cut me off and said “before you go with the blah blah blah blah” and used his hand to mimick a talking mouth. It was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Please also know that they don’t allow you to take any of your belongings, including phones, but then will let certain people bring their things. In all the years we’ve been coming to Cancun and all the tours we’ve done, we have never had falsely advertised tours or such rude, terrible guides. Truly the worst experience. I requested a refund and they only returned $196 of the $654 we paid. Ridiculous.

Very fun and beautiful experience. Tour guide was very knowledgeable. Would’ve loved to have more time snorkeling in the cenote

Truly amazing experience with our highly experienced and knowledgeable guide Eric. His life stories mixed with historic facts and environmental knowledge was a bonus to the beautiful and exciting time we had. They were Uber careful to keep everyone safe. The small group size was just right. Best way to experience Cenotes. The bonus we did not know about was the visit to Tulum archaeological site where another highly knowledgeable guide escorted us. Everything was clockwork too… driver Amelia picked up and returned on time and kept the van tidy.
