The tour provided a wealth information about Kangaroo Island. We visited several scenic locations with the guide providing background information on each stop. If you have one day on the Island, this is the best tour.

We were very fortunate to have a beautiful clear day at Kangaroo Island enabling our cruise ship to anchor and send us to shore in the tenders. We were told that the last 5 ships had all cancelled due to weather! Kangaroo Island Tour reps were waiting for us and quickly directed us to our little bus - I believe there were 19 in our group. Most of the group managed to get on the first 2 tenders but there was a bit of a wait for the last 4-5 people- we left at 8:30 but could’ve had a bit more time if everyone had gotten there early. It was a long drive out to Flinders National Park (at least 2 hrs), not much change in scenery and a good time to doze off after getting up early for a 7am tender start! First stop was Admiral’s Arch which was breathtaking! The long walkway with marvelous views to get down to it is well done with a few steps at the end- it’s an absolute must to go the entire way or you’ll miss the best part! There were also seals sunning on the rocks below and playing in the surf. We then drove to Remarkable Rocks which is another incredible rock formation. In the interest of time, we ate our provided lunch on the bus enroute to searching for koalas - we were lucky to find several. Our guide, Joel then drove us to a beautiful beach viewpoint where we enjoyed carrot cake dessert. Following dessert, we travelled a road spotting several kangaroos before returning to the port.

Sea lions, seals, echidnas, koalas and a tiger snake - we definitely got our share of wildlife! Joel was a friendly, informative guide who had an easy manner. We were lucky enough to have a very small group so it was a very relaxed experience, Kangaroo Island is a special place and this was a great way to see its highlights.

So good to see animals in the wild - seals, sealions, koala and lots of kangaroos as dusk fell. Our guide was very helpful, taking us off the beaten track to see them.

Great overview of KI. Highlight of day was walking on beach with tour guide to view sea lions. Thanks Darren

It was a fabulous day for our family with Pete and Jules as our guides. They were passionate about KA and passionately sold it to our family. It was no time before being able to communicate with our family members (12) by name even sorting out who siblings or cousins. Their knowledge of the flora and fauna was excellent and their ability to communicate this information impressive. Throughout the trip history of the island was presented in an engaging manner. An excellent picnic lunch was provided.

This is a really fun tour. Our guide was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour around this island- it is very pretty. The stops are well thought out and there is plenty of time to take it all in. Lunch included was a nice touch.

Great day in Kangaroo Island. The guide Pete did an amazing job with the right spots to see animals and the nature, but also telling the history of the island
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
