Geneva's Iconic Fondue by Electric TukTuk: A Swiss Delight!

We arrived in Geneva and found the perfect welcome: a tuk-tuk AND fondue. Both the tour and the fondue were EXCELLENT. Our guide was so informative and friendly. I highly recommend this most unique experience!

I booked “The Private Tuk Tuk Tour with one of the Best Fondues in Geneva!” by Tours de Genève avec Welo – lastminute, as it was a perfect day to play tourist in the city where I live. Carlos, the tour guide, was amazing — passionate about Geneva’s history and very flexible, adapting the tour to my interests. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience truly special. And a big thumbs-up for the delicious fondue that was served! I only wish I’d had more time to dive deeper into the city’s fascinating past — the tour went by far too quickly. I’ll definitely need book another one soon to keep exploring Geneva’s rich history!

This was easily one of the best tours I have ever done. Carlos was a fantastic guide and made sure we enjoyed every moment. He was informative, extremely knowledgeable and fun! The fondue and wine were delicious and an absolute must for a Tuk Tuk tour of Geneva. I highly recommend. A not to be missed experience!!

Fun activity and a great way to see the sights while enjoying a glass of wine and some exceptional fondue! Sadly it was pouring with rain when we did the tour so didn’t see as much as we would have liked. Having said that, our guide/driver was very friendly and informative and would recommend it to others.

We have just had a few days on Malta,our first trip there. We stayed at the Hotel Palais Le Brun in Valletta. Great Hotel with great service,and attention to detail, highly recommend. We did a couple of trips whilst there,the highlight of our stay was a day long tour of Gozo, by Tuk Tuk. With tour operators YIPPIE. It was a very organised trip throughout stopping at various places and Lunch included in the price ( which was very good,wine included) The highlight of the whole tour was our guide Mike. ( Micheal ). A local guy born and bred on Gozo. What a character,full of wit and very very informative,not to mention a really nice guy. So ask for him if you are there and do the trip.You will notice Mike.his Tuk Tuk is baby pink hence its name Barbie,so very easy to find.Its quite a long day,but excellent experience.We got back to our hotel 6-30 ish. So it was a quick freshen up and out for dinner.

Our tour guide was friendly, engaging and very informative! We thoroughly enjoyed the tuk tuk ride around Geneva and the fondue was delicious!

I would have given this 5 stars, while the tuk tuk driver was extremely informative, we were told we’d receive a fondue “dinner” from the”best” fondue restaurant in town - while it was pretty fun to have it served on the tuk tuk, we did receive bread and potatoes to dip in cheese. But since we paid $379 for two, for a drive around the city while eating “an appetizer” and having one drink, I don't think the price is aligned with the menu portion of the description. Immediately following, I asked for a partial refund since I wasn't served dinner (anyone who has had fondue knows meat and veggies are included along with dessert. This was a “snack” at best.). We were immediately turned down. No reason was given. For a company that prides themselves on service and reviews are key, I feel this was a huge fail. I've used Viator in almost every country I've visited and this was definitely a disappointment. For my upcoming trip to Italy ill be seeking other options. My rec: save your money for the real fondue experience - Take a tour but I don't recommend this one at this price per person for bread and cheese. Happy Travels!

Great way to get acquainted with the city and its history! The fondue was delicious and Carlos was a wonderful guide. His enthusiasm for the city & its history was infectious. He made it such a special and fun experience!!
