Unforgettable Rio: Christ, Sugarloaf, Maracanã & Selarón

I had a great experience on the “Full Day: Christ Redeemer, Sugarloaf, City Tour & Barbecue Lunch.” The itinerary is very well organized and covers the main highlights of Rio in a single day, which makes it perfect if you’re short on time. Both Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain were absolutely worth it—the views are incredible and unforgettable. Our guide, Leticia, was great—very knowledgeable, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly throughout the day. She made the experience even more enjoyable. The barbecue lunch was okay—definitely not the highlight of the tour, but still decent and filling. It could have been better in terms of quality and variety, but it wasn’t bad either. Overall, I would recommend this tour for anyone wanting a comprehensive and efficient way to see Rio’s top attractions in one day.

A massively long day as we were staying out at the Hilton Barra. We were up at 06:00 for a 06:50 collection and didn’t get back to our hotel until after 19:15. Price via Viator was fine and one of the only day long tours that basically packed in everything. (Think two days packed into one). Coach was comfortable as was the driving (Eric) and our guide Vivi was very nice and patient. Glad we opted for the full day. We’ll spend tomorrow recovering from a long day - but that was our plan anyway.

Long lines but a wonderful experience I would recommend! I was picked up timely from the hotel. We did the full day tour. Enrique was the guide. My only compliant was that he can be difficult to keep up with, particularly if you are older. He disappeared from my line of sight, at one point in the tour. He said he does not like to use a 'marker' that can be held up & used to identify where he is in a crowd. There were very large crowds on the tour. Otherwise he is a good guide👍.

Luciana was our tour guide and she was amazing! Very friendly & informative. This tour had everything we wanted to see in Rio so being picked up and driven everywhere was great! We were given ample time to explore on our own & get great pictures. Luciana took care of grabbing our tickets for us & getting through the line in a breeze. This itself was so worth it! We didn’t have to worry about anything. Lunch was great as well! Food was delicious, staff was so friendly and took very good care of us. Great day meeting new people, learning new things about every location we went to & getting awesome photos! Also can’t forget how great our driver was!! He got us to all our locations safe & always found a pickup & drop off to where we didn’t have to walk far from the entrance to the sites we were visiting. Great duo! 10/10 recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful tour! Luciana, our tour guide, was amazing and very knowledgeable. Any questions we had about the city, she was able to answer. It truly felt like we hanging out with a friend around the city! The driver, which I cannot remember his name was also so amazing and attentive. I highly recommend booking the tour! You get to see all the must see spots, meet people from around the world, and eat a good Brazilian lunch all with easiness and two trusting people who know their way around Rio.

Had a blast, we saw all the major points and sites in Brasil. The guide (Luciana) was well-informed, and the driver (Christiano) kept the group on time.

This was a great tour with C2Rio. It was well organized and had great communication regarding pick up time at our hotel. Our guide, Santos, was informative, accommodating, and kept the group on track! Lunch at the Churrasqueira was excellent with plenty to eat. Would recommend this tour for anyone wishing to see the main attractions in Rio.

With only three days in Rio, I wanted a tour that hit the main sights, was good value and would meet my expectations. This tour ticked all those boxes. We had Matheus as our guide. He kept the day ticking along, gave lots of clear and concise information and made sure we saw everything we wanted to. We had enough time at all the main sights (Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf) and taking a tour where all the tickets were provided was a real bonus and saved stress. The lunch was good and I'm glad I went for the option. If you are looking for a well-led, properly organised and good value tour to see the main sights of Rio - this is it.
