DMZ Unveiled: 3rd Tunnel & Breathtaking Bridge from Seoul

I had a wonderful experience, thanks to Charles, who was charismatic, informative, and constantly checking in on the group to ensure we were all taken care of. Thank you Charles for being the best tour guide!!

It was great to get out of Seoul for a totally different experience. Going to the DMZ and the 3rd filter tunnel showed just how precarious peace is. Ms Simba was clear in her explanation and her enthusiasm made it easy! The day was sunny and the snowing on the previous day made the view stunning. But after snowing, it becomes necessary to strap your shoes with anti-slip spiked sole, because the way down from Gamaksan was very slippery when the snow hardened overnight. Don’t go there in city walking footwear if you go in winter.

The tour was excellent and well organized, including visits to the DMZ, the 3rd Tunnel, and the suspension bridge. Although weather conditions were snowy and we were traveling with two infants, we felt safe and well supported throughout the experience. Our tour guide, Charles, demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and care. We would highly recommend him to anyone planning this tour. 🥰😍😊☺️

Charles is a strong, handsome, beautiful man. he communicates very well and explains Korean history that can easily be understood. he assisted our family on some challenging trips/location so he went the extra mile. Solid guy and pleasant personality! 💯💯💯🙌🏻👏🏻

I would say he’s a great tour guide, but I think it suits Charles better to call him a very great friend. He made such a serious and sensitive topic of Korean history into a fun and very enjoyable experience. He is very hands on and kind.
