Trekking to Everest Base Camp was one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my life — and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible guides, Nigma and Bhuddah. From day one, they were more than just guides. They were friends, motivators, and a constant source of positive energy. There were moments when the altitude hit hard, or when the cold and fatigue started to wear me down — and without fail, Nigma or Bhuddah would check in with a quiet “You okay?” or offer a warm smile that lifted my spirits instantly. One of my favorite memories was walking along those rocky trails, surrounded by Himalayan giants, as they sang Sunday Morning Love You and other Nepali songs and — sometimes teaching us the words, other times just letting their voices carry through the mountains. Singing with them while walking made the tough climbs feel lighter and turned the trail into something truly joyful. It reminded me that this journey wasn’t just about reaching Base Camp — it was about the people, the culture, and those shared moments along the way. Their knowledge of the region, their calm confidence, and their genuine care made all the difference. Nigma and Bhuddah weren’t just leading us to Everest — they were making sure we enjoyed every step of the way, emotionally and physically. I can’t recommend them enough. Amazing team, very thankful to all of them as I would not have made it to the base camp without them. Very accommodating and kept with me very even if I was really slow and stopping for lots of breaks. Definitely recommend to anyone of any level. All guides are great to talk too and are very knowledgeable about the local area with many interesting facts and stories

Our tour guide Buddha led us on a transformative journey through the Himalayas. It was difficult at times but his warmth, hospitality, and humor helped us through. We went as the season ended and got to experience Sherpa culture without the crowds which was a huge plus. My friends and I had no idea what to expect when embarking on the Everest base camp trek. We quickly realized we signed up for not only breathtaking scenery but a fully immersive cultural experience. Buddha ensured that we ate the best food, asked the right questions and always had a smile on our face. This trip is a great introduction into the culturally rich and diverse Nepalese way of life. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun challenge. I was astonished by how immersed we were in the culture, and mountains. There were a few tiring days, but our amazing guide Buddha made it 10x better. He was our guide, he is now our friend. The himalayas are truly captivating and one of a kind. Such an amazing life adventure, highly recommended!! We were lucky to have great weather… it is important to take enough money for extras like beverages, hot showers, towels, internet, and tips for Porters and the Tour Guide. After finishing the Tour with Madan(our Tour Guide), they even took us back to the airport, such a nice person our Tour Guide. The tour company can provide duffle bag, sleeping bag and big jacket as part of the package. Thank you for everything Mosaic Adventure, we had so much fun. We surely will come back or send our family to live this amazing experience.

I can't say enought good things about Mosiac Adventures and their trek to EBC! Organized, responsive and friendly. They had my back throughout the whole trip even during the crazy travel to and from Lukla. Special shoutout to Nima who was my guide for the 2 weeks. We have just returned from our ‘trip-of-a-lifetime’ trek to Everest Base Camp with Mosaic Adventure. We cannot say enough how professional Mosaic have been in customising and tailoring our trip to our age and needs (we are a couple with combined age of 125 yrs!!) Madhav was so prompt with responses to our many questions and kept us up to speed with everything. Our guide, Pralhad, was an absolute gentleman. His experience and knowledge of the trek is exemplary and we felt so safe with him. He was always caring, courteous and always had our safety and well-being in mind. We shared so much personal stuff with him as he made us feel relaxed and confident to do so. He stressed how important it was to be honest with him on the trek about sleep and the effect of altitude sickness because he must make the final call if he believes we should come down. Pralhad always checked on us each day and his focus was US. It was like having a brother/uncle/teacher/doctor with us the whole time because he is just so attentive and kind. His English is impeccable too! He even got a birthday cake for my husband at Dingboche in the middle of the trek, brilliant! We have gained a very trusted friend in Pralhad and highly recommend him. We also had Luxman as our porter, a powerhouse of a man carrying all our stuff everyday and always with a smile too😁 Both he and Pralhad worked from sun up to sun down every day to ensure we had the best time and we really did!! Mosaic and their staff were fantastic from day one when we were met at the airport. They were on time and provided the exact information and support that we required until the day we left Katmandu. Our guide Perna was exceptional and was instrumental in getting the whole party to our destination being Everest Base Camp. He was ably supported by Luxman and the Sherpa's. The hike is tricky with a lot that can go wrong so it is advisable to go with a reputable company.
