I cannot rate the Popeye Team's service highly enough. Our flight into Adelaide was delayed many hours and affected our arrival time. Lydia was helpful and understanding, and we eventually got on the cruise, only to find the same attitude in Anastasia and the Skipper. Commentary was relevant, humorous and very interesting. For a different perspective, well worth taking this cruise.

A very beautiful, informative and leisurely cruise with the ability to hop off and back on at the Zoo.

The Torrens River Cruise was an inexpensive, time efficient & pleasant way to enjoy an orientation around Adelaide and to learn some of its colonial history. It could be vastly improved and made more interesting by including the Kaurna Indigenous cultural history and current Kaurna relationship with the modern-day city. The commentary provided was 99% white Australian &/or colonial related, with just a passing mention of the Kaurna people having predated &/or being around during colonial settlement.

Captain & crewman were very helpful with getting on & off the Popeye. Captain was very interesting by explaining where we going & showing photographs of the start of the original Popeye

A lovely cruise on the Torrens River. Tha Captain was informative and entertaining and obviously enjoys his work. His first mate provided a wonderful Devonshire tea. We were warned the scones were big and they were! Delicious too as was the jam. A reasonably priced way to enjoy part of the city.
