Unforgettable Tuscan Vespa & Gourmet Countryside Escape

Very informative. The instructor Ado was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the areas, about wine and the customs of the area. He was very focused on safety which was very comforting and appreciated. Would recommend Ado or Leo to anyone visiting Florence.

You start out with the guides at the shop where they ensure you can safely drive the Vespa. Afterwards you take off as a group. Lunch is provided and delicious. Our main guide Gabriel was amazing and had so much knowledge about the history of Tuscany olive production etc. He definitely made the experience worthwhile. This is a must I’ve recommend to everyone I know who is going to Italy !

Great experience! Super cool to get out of the city and see more of rural Tuscany. Fabio was a great guide, patient, knowledgeable and funny. Lunch at the vineyard was beautiful. Day flew by fast and enjoyed it all!!! Five stars.

After a 1/2 mi (or so)walk to the bus, we rode to the garage that houses the many vesoas and fiats. We had a comprehensive review of the vespas and then an ability assessment. Leo and Aldo and the traffic helper were all terrific and very personable. They were informative and kept safety of all as their primary concern whilst also having fun. Everyone who wanted to drive performed a short solo ride before they were let loose on the Vespa (you had the choice of driving a cute electric fiat if you wanted that instead). The food was great and the farm where we ate and enjoyed wine were cool. Thank you for great way to see the beautiful Tucson countryside. Highly recommend

A must do if you are visiting Florence. Leo and the team at WalkAbout Florence Tours are fantastic and make every effort to ensure you have a memorable and safe experience. Loved the Vespa and Fiat 500’s - a true Italian icon. The Tuscany countryside is amazing, not to mention the food and of course the Chianti. 😊🇮🇹. Cannot recommend this experience highly enough. You won’t be disappointed

Fantastic! Our guide Leo took us through the Tuscan countryside to look out over panoramic and protected landscape and also see views of Florence. It was exciting and stunning! At no point did my husband and I feel unsafe as there is a test you must complete before being allowed to drive one of the vespas. Everything was very well maintained and it gave us a taste of driving in Italy.

Leo did a great time guiding us and showing us the countryside! Very good for inexperienced riders. I would recommend this to anyone unsure about their abilities.

Best experience ever! From the time we arrived at the garage, Ado and Leo were so detailed on explaining the whole process, what to expect, how to thorough use and operate the Vespa and a training course so you knew how to operate it. We split into 2 groups and Ado was our guide. He was so informative about all the history, grapes wine making, the difference between the olives. Finished with a some delicious pasta and charcuterie tray and a glass of Chianti. If you can request a guide Ado and Leo will not disappoint! 5 + stars

Ado and Leo were incredible! They made sure everyone was safe and comfortable before taking the group on the most scenic, fun drive through the Florentino countryside. Views were incredible and the meal at the end was wonderful. 10/10 recommend if you are in the area!
